I'm not saying don't grieve. I'm saying don't stay there. We romanticize brokenness because when you're broken you still want to feel beautiful. So you call the fragments poetry. You call the remains, the cracks of you, a masterpiece, write fifty poems on how it beats Raja Ravi Varma. It's okay. You'll learn along the way that it is not the brokenness that's beautiful, but the bravery. When you're whole again, and I promise you, I promise you that you will be - you will see it was never the brokenness that made you beautiful. The brokenness was beautiful only because you were carrying it.
