Em: Silver Shadows by Richelle Mead - BOOK REVIEW
Bottom Line: This should have been a novella…Bloodlines #4.5. Not Bloodlines #5.

Sash: Great by Sara Benincasa - BOOK REVIEW
While a little over the top with brand names of various items - I thought Great by Sara Benincasa was a good and modern retelling of The Great Gatsby.

Em: Illusions of Fate by Kiersten White - BOOK REVIEW
My heart swelled & shattered so many times that I lost count. The relationships formed and characters we meet elicit visceral reactions & emotions in a way that I haven’t experienced in a long time. I can’t wait to see how this story is received by her readers. I truly hope they adore it as much as I did! I strongly recommend this book to anyone who loves fantasy and a setting in an era that is Victorian-esque.

Sash: The Geography of You and Me by Jennifer E. Smith - BOOK REVIEW
Lack of chemistry aside, I found the setting of a blackout of New York City (and what it would be like) was really creative

Sash: Dirty Little Secret by Jennifer Echols - BOOK REVIEW
I'm definitely in the minority of readers seeing as how many of my friends enjoyed this one. So, if you like steamy + romance + music you should give Dirty Little Secret by Jennifer Echols a try.

Em: Dissonance by Erica O'Rourke - BOOK REVIEW
This book was a major disappointment and had a lot of potential. I doubt I’ll be reading the next installment in this series.

Em: Midnight Thief by Livia Blackburne - BOOK REVIEW
In Midnight Thief, readers can expect to find interesting characters, betrayal, redemption, and character development that keep the storyline sprinkled with attention grabbing moments and action-filled scenes.
I highly recommend this well-written novel to high fantasy YA lovers who are looking for a great story with a touch of romance.
