Suicide isnt selfish. What is selfish is allowing someone to endure all that pain just so you wont have to lose them and be sad, making someone stay in the world even though all they want to do is leave, hurting someone so bad they want to kill themselves, making people feel bad about their illness, making people think theyre in this world just to please other people Thats fucking selfish.

"I need someone who can keep up with me. I want someone aggressive who pushes me to my breaking point where I just wanna scream. Someone who will tell me I’m not always right, and that sometimes I have to apologize for what I did wrong. I need someone who’s gonna set me straight because no one has ever cared enough about me to try."

How To Help Someone With An Anxiety Disorder
→ Be predictable, don’t surprise them.
→ Don’t assume that you know what the affected person needs, ask them.
→ Let the person with the disorder set the place for recovery.
→ Find something positive in every attempt at progress.
→ Don’t sacrifice your own life activities too often and then build resentments.
→ Don’t get emotional when the person with the disorder panics.
→ Never ridicule or criticize a person for becoming anxious or panicky.
→ Encourage them to seek out therapy.

Does anyone ever get anxiety headaches? I don’t have one today, but like, you know when you’re so overwhelmed it feels like a tea kettle is boiling in your head and when everything becomes too much, it just pops and everything is just pour out through this little spout, but it’s not a good releasing feeling? It’s just…draining? and you feel a little numb afterwards?

Don’t go up to someone who self harms and grab their arm asking what it is
Don’t go up to someone who self harms and ask them what it is
Don’t go up to someone who self harms and tell them their scars are visible
Don’t go up to someone who self harms and comment on their scars
Don’t ask someone who has scars if they still self harm
Don’t ask someone who has scars what happened
Don’t ask someone who has scars if you can feel them
Don’t ask someone who has scars if they are from self harm
If someone has scars don’t comment on them
If someone has scars don’t try and touch them
If someone has scars respect them as a human
