Would meditating in your boyfriend’s presence or his room help?

We actually meditate together now, it's quite nice. Noodle joined us earlier today too, and with more people around me, sitting still was significantly less hard and boring

Currently trying out this- inner peace/meditation shit my therapist recommended me to try when I feel stressed or anxious. He gave me a book about meditation and said it might benefit me. Currently trying to relax, but I keep getting distracted by outside sources 😒

And honestly I just don't think I posses the patience to sit still for this long 😒
