Being devoted to high ideals far removed from purely selfish interests, oriented to advancement of society, and committed to the welfare of humanity... if you are really sure it is genuinely safe to work on something.
Climate change %s are the greatest moral, economic and environmental challenge of our generation. Imagine what could be achieved if all people tried to reach a hardest unsolved 5% of it, 0.1% by 0.1% by 0.1% by 0.1%. Climate change work is really needed, and is usually safe to work on. It is our collective and individual responsibility to preserve and tend to the world we live on. And ecology especially.

Buddhism isn’t technically a religion- it’s more like a path towards happiness... if you’re unwell, it is very helpful to read Buddhist books or lots of Buddhist quotes, Buddhism is very helpful.
Reading Buddhism is very good for self calm, but you need to be careful to make sure that you’re still motivated.

The Christian Bible is really helpful for healing... At the same time, I think it was written for its year and day, and a lot of problems in history could have been prevented if people had been more active with regular help. We have to remember that the world keeps changing. God wouldn’t have wanted those problems to happen, God is of the Spirit, God would want us to regularly help.

Seek out help- Try lots of different things until you find the mix that works best for you... It’s perfectly OK to heal and transform an easier 1% or 5% of feelings at a time, with lots of rests in between, and block out the other 95% of feelings for lots of time. Seek out lots of different methods until you find the mix of methods that works best for you.
One method would be keeping busy and keeping focused on goals that are healthy, new, or that help you or others (like books or courses in several new things so that your mind keep busy/ you only have enough free time as is healthy... if you have months of too much emptiness, its good to keep busy).
