Mark Hoffman

...as your boyfriend.

- He'll be slow to ask you out. He doesn't prioritise relationships, and he's certainly not the type to let himself be made a fool of, so he'll observe you from a distance, flirting dryly when you do interact.

- If you ask him out first he'll probably just say "alright". Sounding non-committal, but secretly excited. If you're not the type to make the first move, he will ask you out eventually though, but only once he's sure you'll say yes.

- He doesn't let many people get close to him, but those he does allow, he's very protective of.

- He can be a little controlling. His sister's death still haunts him, and he'd never forgive himself if anything happened to you.

- Probably loves to stroke and play with your hair.

- He won't allow you anywhere near any Jigsaw business. He might not even let on to you that he's involved. He wants to keep you as safe as possible.

- Uses pet names for you like "darling", "sweetheart", "baby".

- Very emotionally unavailable. He won't talk to you about anything that's upsetting him or causing him stress, and he also struggles to tell you that he cares about you.

- Won't say "I love you" first. Even once you say it, he might struggle to say it back. He's not used to being that vulnerable.

- He'll say it casually though. When he leaves for work, as you two say goodnight. Any situation where he can sneak the words in without having to engage too much.

- He does mean it when he says it though.

- He's very traditional when it comes to dating. He follows all the rules. He'll take you out for a nice dinner, buy you flowers, walk you home. He can be quite a gentleman!

- He's definitely a challenge to date. But inside he really craves companionship, and he'll look after you endlessly if you let him.

Amanda Young

...as your girlfriend.

- She's not used to affection, or even anyone having her back. As such, she's very independent and probably won't ask you for anything or depend on you at all.

- Will kill for you though. Like, literally kill for you.

- When you two are alone together she can be incredibly gentle and loving; she'll kiss you softly and stroke your hair.

- If you mention her affectionate side she'll get defensive though. She never wants to be seen as weak.

- John would be super supportive of your relationship, wanting Amanda to have love and support in her life after he's gone.

- She probably goes to him for relationship advice too, she wants to get this relationship right; doesn't want to lose you.

- At heart she's a true romantic, and while she may struggle to be vulnerable, she'll get there if you're patient.

- She's definitely the jealous type, and will be cold towards anyone she feels she has to compete with for your affections.

- Won't say "I love you" first, but once you say it, she'll say it right back, and has probably been waiting to say it for a while.

- Will leave you little gifts to show how much she cares about you. She's not exactly loaded, so it won't be much, but it'll mean a lot.

- If you're comfortable with it, she'll take you along with her while she's setting up John's traps. She'll hold your hand and show you how everything works.

- She'll always look at you, eyes wide, like you're the most incredible thing she's ever seen. If you catch her looking, she'll blush and look away though.

- She blushes a lot, actually. Calling her beautiful or pretty or any other sort of compliment will have her averting your gaze and struggling to suppress a smile.

- You're her first true love, her first healthy relationship. And she's so thankful that you met.

Adam Stanheight

... as your boyfriend.

- He's your friend as much as he is your boyfriend, and he'll want you to hang out with him and all his other friends a lot.

- You better not be camera shy because he's going to be photographing you a lot! You're his muse, and he's super proud that you're his partner.

- If you are camera shy at first though, he'll definitely help you get comfortable by making you laugh. It's hard to be uptight around him.

- Will always hold your hand in public, or at the very least have an arm around your waist.

- Lazy mornings in bed cuddling are a must; if you've got to work in the morning, you might have to be firm with him, because he will definitely make you late.

- Messy long make-out sessions while his hands wander.

- He's a night owl, he'll take you to parties or local gigs at night sometimes, or sometimes you two will just go for late night walks together.

- These moments are really special to him, he's spent so much of his life feeling hopeless, and he really treasures the love and romance he has with you.

- Tells you he loves you A LOT. Constantly. Any chance he gets.

- He does this because he struggles to fully articulate how much you mean to him, he's not the best with words, but he hopes his simple "I love you"s will get the message across if he says it enough.

- The floor of his house is covered in dirty laundry, his sink is stacked with unwashed dishes, and his fridge rarely has much food in.

- If you're the type to look after your partner, he'll really appreciate every bit of washing up or tidying that you do for him. And he'll try to make it up to you in his own little way.

- He still has bad days sometimes, and he's not afraid to cry in front of you when things get really bad. He doesn't expect you to solve his problems, just give him a hug, he needs it.

- Will physically fight people on your behalf. I mean, he'll probably get the shit beaten out of him, but he'll sure as hell try.

- Sometimes he just needs reminding that he doesn't need to put on such a front all the time, and you love him for who he is, he doesn't need to be tough.

- Super touch starved, stroke his hair or rub his back and he'll melt.

... as your boyfriend.

- He likes to play the tough guy; taking a while to open up to you emotionally.

- Once he does open up, you won't be able to get him to shut up. If he needs to vent (which he often will after a hard day at work) he'll come to you, and he'll rely on you for words of comfort and advice.

- This is a big thing for him, and it means he trusts you more than anyone else in the world.

- His work comes first, and he'll often come home very late at night.

- But when he's with you, you'll have his full attention. He can be surprisingly clingy.

- Expect lots of back hugs, random kisses and him hovering around you constantly.

- He misses you when he's not around, and makes the most of the physical contact he can get with you.

- Will always kiss you before he leaves for work in the morning, and as soon as he gets home at night.

- Date nights usually involve dinner at home; he's a bit of a homebody, but that doesn't mean he won't make an effort.

- Protective of you. If anyone dares hurt you in any way, it makes him angry, and he's not afraid to let them know.

-He can go too far with this, and be quite threatening. But it's only because you mean so much to him, and he wants you safe.

- Speaking of his temper, we all know it's pretty bad. But something about you really brings out his gentle side, and while he may be stern sometimes, he'd never shout at you.

- It'll take him a long time to tell you that he loves you, but when he does he'll say it with purpose and it'll mean everything.

Hello Saw fandom!

I noticed a serious lack of x reader content, and imagines for saw. I haven't written for a fandom in years, but I thought it'd be fun to get back into it and I have lots of ideas!

I'm hoping to start writing for lots of different saw characters, so hopefully I'll cover your fave at some point :)
