I know this description is probably a lot less shorter than previous ones but I wanted to also mention that for the next month or two I'll be less online and posting might start to become more patchy. I'm heading right into my last term of school and also leaving cert exams (Hell. Hell on Earth) are on the horizon so I wanna at least keep stress levels down by not worrying about posting art online as much. That and also these exams kinda determine whether or not I can go to college. That's totally fine and fun to think about and not soul crushing in any way (sarcasm to the extreme.

I dunno what made me think of this since long dead meme but I think it was cuz of how frequent crossovers were a thing in fandoms and such back in the 2010s. If you were involved in the MLP space especially there were crossovers. The no. 1 crossover that comes to mind for me is Deadpool and Pinkie Pie. THAT was a good one I liked that a lot. So I figured, since 'Too Many Misadventures is all about that crossover chaotic 2010s cartoon fun that I do this meme. I'm years late but I'm practically a walking Internet Explorer when it comes to art trends/memes. My inspiration for these things always hit years later than they should. My first thought with this meme was Silly because I think it would be the funniest. Honestly if TMM was a thing in the 2010s, out of any of the trio that would've been paired up in crossovers a bunch it would've been Silly. No reason why, she seems like the type to know other characters from other franchises/shows/movies entirely

Another sketch post. Been kinda struggling to draw my OCs as of recent so if things look a little off that's probably why. I wanted to do this for a while for fun really. I dunno when there would be a moment in TMM where the trio would be in their pjs but maybe when an episode starts in the morning or if they're having a cozy movie night. I dunno. Either way, hey it's another excuse for me to think up of new outfits for the trio! Kinda wanted to go with the vibe of them being tired/having just woken up. HELLO I'M ALIVE- I know I kinda dipped out of nowhere up until now- sorry about that, mock exams are annoying and super draining. BUT I'M ON MIDTERM BREAK NOW!! So hoping I can get more art out. I based this off of BEX's new single 'crybaby' that was released yesterday. SO SO SOOOOOO GOOD OH MY DAYYYYYYYYYYYYS. It's so visceral and loud and raw and EVERYTHING I LOVE ABOUT PUNK MUSIC. So I wanted to try and translate that energy to this art! Also before you ask, no, I didn't use any filters on this, this was all done by hand. Yes I need a replacement hand please someone help. Anyways- I did have a lot of fun with this though, I always like going outside of the usual cute side of TMM and making more edgy things with it. Then again tho all I've posted so far of this year IS mainly edgy stuff soooooo- I think 2025 is the year for edgy TMM stuff. Welcome back to 2015 on this account, where you'll find ultra edgy furry art that's fit for an 'Animal I Have Become' MV made in Windows Movie Maker. I'm forever stuck in the 2010s not just in a mentality sense but literally with my artstyle every time I draw it's characters that should've been from a show on Cartoon Network in the 2010s. But I digress. This was a lot more fun to draw than I imagined- just getting to go crazy with the expression and making it seem as raw and as cathartic as ever was super fun.

Sorry had to say that- ANYWAYS- SMILER ART ONCE AGAIN!!! SEE?? SEE??? I TOLD YOU I WAS GONNA DRAW THE RIDE SOULS MORE!! I had this idea for a good bit and didn't get around to it until now. I really wanted to lean in on that spooky factor that I always try to achieve with Smiler art. Thye're really meant to be that encapsulation of the weird and spooky side to old Disney films (stuff like Pink Elephants- yeah- those- I know it's not that scary but still some trippy stuff). It also all kind of ties into their original inspiration being The Smiler ride. That ride has some pretty creepy theming (that I absolutely LOVE- can you tell I'm a horror fan?) So there's that little homage to it too. Honestly I'm really happy with how the background turned out. I really wanted it to have that effect of everything else around Smiler is sorta fizzling out into blurry colours as someone (whoever it may be idk) continues to stare into Smiler's eyes. NOT a good idea whatsoever by the way, if you do that you'll end up having a not so fun hallucination of seeing everything melting around you into colourful neon paint. Yeah, no, sorry I'd much rather not have mental scarring HAHA. Like yes I know it's tempting with the bright colourful eyes but trust me DON'T. JUST DON'T PLEASE. Don't let that smile fool you they're not as safe to be around.

A nice change of pace, (or whiplash depending on how it switched from ultra edgy to this) but I wanted to have a little fun and draw Anita again. If some of you guys knew me/watched my stuff back in 2023 you'd probably recognise this character. Since my artstyle has changed (for the better) since then, I figured why not draw some stuff with her again. Including some different outfits she would be seen wearing. This was definitely a lot of fun to play around with how I'll approach drawing birds/avian characters in my newer style. I know as well I wanna get as accurate as I can when it comes to the clothing and style too, if you don't know, Stacy's home realm is meant to be almost stuck in the 1920s-1930s. Old black and white films, swing music, all of that are the main forms of inspiration. Of course, I can't always guarantee 100% accuracy (as with any time period I want to reference), but I am trying my best with getting the basics down and not falling into any misconceptions along the way. Maybe that's the history obsessed part of my mind speaking, but I really do like to see genuine accuracy when it comes to pieces of media that tackles a certain time period.

The first bit of Stacy art of 2025! And it's ALSO edgy?? What kind of coincidence is this?? It's just 2015 all over again on my account with both the artstyle and the edgy content. A two in one deal when you stop by at the [saysike] social medias. But anyways- Stacy art!! I know this is a complete change from the typical depictions of her (that being all wholesome and cute) but I thought why not switch things up for a piece. I also wanted to use this as another excuse to have a go at my new shading style once again. I wanted to go for that really overly dramatic look, almost making it seem a bit spooky/horror like. (I mean, it is implying Stacy's about to STAB SOMEONE so that would add to it). This was definitely a whole lot of fun to draw, considering Stacy is an actor that has done countless plays and such it would make sense she probably has performed in some Shakespeare like play where there's loads of murder and tragedy. She'd definitely nail the role of a character from a play like that. I can almost imagine the bit where the character she plays finally snaps and just commits murder in complete cold blood and when she's done she's left staring almost blank faced at what happened. Pretty chilling stuff. But also I can relate- fun fact about me- I played Bill Sykes in a production of Oliver! the musical one time and had to (fake) murder Nancy on stage. Managed to scare my friends with that performance when they went to see me the night I played the role WHOOPS. It was a really fun role to play though, one of the most DIFFICULT to play but still very fun nonetheless. I also wanted to have a bit of fun with the expression too, the unshaded eyes was an intentional thing, basically it was meant to elevate the expression and really sell it to the viewer that she is staring at you. Like how she's staring at her victim. And again with that dead stare that basically says "Stacy isn't behind those eyes anymore. That's someone else behind them." Damn I really sounded edgy back there- that's kinda the point but you get what I mean.

Fun fact about this piece; this was also a piece inspired by Black Sabbath's music. I dunno if I mentioned it in the 'x-EDGY-DOG-x' drawing but that and 'Stab.' were both inspired by Black Sabbath's music! Of course, Silly's art was then later inspired by Three Days Grace and all that, but Stacy's was inspired by songs like 'War Pigs' and 'Into The Void'. Really good songs by Black Sabbath btw, probably my favourites at the moment by them.

HELLO AGAIN. I SURVIVED THE PLAGUE!!! SOMEWHAT!!! Uhhhh I kinda lost my voice though. But it's kinda better- you wouldn't have wanted to hear me on Saturday though- I sounded like Gumball and Darwin in that one episode where their voices starting to break HAHA. Wasn't fun I felt really embarrassed every time I spoke (but that's just me). OK ANYWAYS- I wasn't expecting to finish this art, with starting this while I was sick and finishing it while I'm on the end of it all it was kinda a weird time for me. But I'm not complaining, first Silly art of 2025! And what better way to kick things off then to draw some edgy art of her looking all angsty and dark. That and she's got a different makeup look on, I dunno if it'll be a returning look or not but I would like to have moments in the show where she has different makeup looks on and all that. Someone put her in a 2000s edgy amv with something like 'Animal I Have Become' by Three Days Grace at this point, she's perfect for it HAH. I also wanted to use this art as an excuse to play around with lighting. It's not perfect, obviously, but I had a lot of fun with it regardless. I wanted to go for that edgy dramatic lighting without using the blur tool all over it. It's kinda a thing I got myself into where I constantly went over the shading with the blur tool as a means to achieve "lighting" when really my artstyle is more/best suited with cel shading. I'm not completely abandoning the blur tool, I mean, I used it to make the thunderbolts and x marks have a glow effect, I'm really just trying to fully figure out the real look I want to have going for when it comes to light and shadow and all that jazz. I wanna take 2025 as a year to really stretch out many artstyle stuff and see what I'm really capable of. And hey you'll probably see more stuff like this with zooms and different face angles too.

I'm full blown rambling now at this point but really I'm just also writing (..or typing) out my thoughts on what I wanna do with my art and how I want it to look. I've applied for an art with animation portfolio course that I REALLY want to get into so hopefully (if) they get back to me I'll have a few neat things already made up in case there is any needed current artwork for the interview. Things are getting hectic (and kinda scary) but I'll survive, 2025 might be a tough as all hell year for me but I'm gonna do my best and get through it all.

hello, this is a random post but just gonna tell yall that I'm just REALLY sick rn. Like genuinely I'm like a victorian child that's dying of the plague at some points of the day. Please, let me see the garden (Alton Towers) again before this plague takes over my body and I depart this world forever type of vibe I've been on for these past 24 hours HAH. I'm not actually dying I'm just being hyperbolic because I hate being this sick. I dunno when I'll be back to posting. Sometimes my body likes to seem fine but then takes 180s within the next hour. NON-OC ART FOR ONCE?? YES. OK I'm gonna be real with you all I did NOT expect to enter this year with a new interest- THAT BEIIING- ROGURT. It feels like the 2010s again with me and being obsessed with Roblox content HAH. So I made some Rogurt fanart! His avatar is very fun to draw I will say. I've been watching his content since around December time but never got FULLY into it all until this year. I dunno what it was but something clicked and it got me obsessed HAH. I think it was the Weird Strict Dad video he made with Whitt and Plenty is what did it for me. Probably one of my most favourite videos by him. It's really really funny. This though in turn has left me uh, unable to draw my own characters. I can still draw them it's just that I have more I guess inspiration to draw other things at the moment?? I dunno, but don't worry I will be back to OC posting once this sorta phase fizzles out and becomes less chaotic.

WOW I MADE ART???? I genuinely thought I was in artblock when NOPE. I WASN'T, I WAS JUST TIRED AND KINDA SAD THE PAST FEW DAYS. Don't worry it wasn't for any serious deep depressing reasons it's only cuz of the holidays being over and I'm hating 6th year- THIS ISN'T ABOUT ME ANYWAYS. SOOOOOOO- a few days ago my sister got herself a pin making machine and with that, she's been non-stop making pins. SO BASICALLY- she asked me to design her and I matching pins to put on each other's bags!! :]. I decided to make an OC crossover between Bex and Crystal (my sister's OC, the girl with glasses and off lilac hair), but with a little twist. One of the first bits of OC crossover content I made with her and mine's OCs was actually of the "I think we're gonna have to kill this guy" meme that was EVERYWHERE back in 2023 (how is that 2 years ago-) I'm obviously very late to it but TRUST ME I ORIGINALLY DREW IT WHEN IT WAS POPULAR- I won't share the original cuz it has my older artstyle and it was really thrown together in 30 minutes as a test run of how I would draw my sister's OCs. As you can tell, they're not furries and instead humans, but I'm not complaining, it's a push out of my comfort zone which I always like to take on (that and I genuinely love each and every single one of her OCs so drawing them is just as much fun too). But I didn't stop there- OH NO NO NO- I also wanted to have another go at fake screenshots!! This was really fun even though the lineart kinda killed me halfway through (and I don't mind lineart, I actually usually dread sketching it first). But I don't mind it that much, besides, I got to draw my sister's OCs again so that's a win.

IT'S THE NEW YEAR!!!! And I didn't make a drawing of the trio celebrating 2025??? WHAT IS THIS??? DON'T WORRY THOUGH, I do have that in the works, it's the main drawing I always get to working on as my sorta "first drawing of 2025" type of deal. SO HOPING IT SHOWS UP LATER. Sometimes I struggle to get from the sketch to the lineart phase. ANYWAYS- NEW REFERENCE FOR MY SONA!!! Plus some alternative outfits for them to be in. I actually never exactly made a proper reference so TECHNICALLY this is the first one but not really. AND WE ARE BACK ONCE AGAIN FOR THIS YEAR'S ART SUMMARY!!! I also went with a little theme this time around too! What theme? A DAMN ALBUM. MORE SPECIFICALLY AMERICAN IDIOT. I swear my Green Day interest is at a normal level. To be fair though I never went with themes for my summaries so why not go with something that's one of my FAVOURITE albums and said album also turned 20. That and I also saw it in full live with Dookie this year too so IT MAKES SENSE THIS ALBUM IS FURTHER CEMENTED AS ONE OF MY FAVOURITES (Nimrod still has my heart though.)

ANYWAYS- this year has been nothing short of a ROLLERCOASTER of events. One major thing that you can all see in this summary is the artstyle change. It's not that subtle (in my eyes at least) and it has really taken another step in looking like a 2010s Cartoon Network show. I know I say this a lot but I mean it this time around when I say that I'm REALLY happy with how my art looks now. It's starting to really shape itself into what I want it to be- if I told 2021 me who just started drawing on their tablet what their art would look like now they'd go insane. This year has really been the time I pushed myself in terms of art and just- EVERYTHING. It landed me in a local convention selling my own work too! THAT'S INSANE!! REALLY AND TRULY THAT IS INSANE. I never thought I would get to that point and being able to sell my work and meet people that were interested in my stuff- EVERYONE WAS SO SO SOOOO NICE TOO. AAAAAA. I'm still not over that if you couldn't tell.

I also said the same last year but I gotta say it again that MANNN my friends both online and irl are SO SO AWESOME. I'm forever grateful to have you guys as my friends and to think I know this many people now is kinda crazy. I'm still really happy either way- you guys helped me through some tough times. Not to get overly personal but this year did have 2 major downs. Losing 2 of my oldest pets that were with me when I was very very young were major obstacles to get over- it's why August doesn't have much going for it. But I got through it in the end and even though as I type this am starting to tear up more and more, what I will say is that I know they're safe now. I'm not religious in any way (I mean look at what I draw), but I like to think that my pets are someplace safe. Even if it's by a nice fireplace snoozing. I love my pets what can I say-

ANYWAYS- I'm finding myself becoming more and more obsessed with The Nightmare Before Christmas as of recent. With getting gifts to do with the film like tshirts and all that- yeah it's really cementing my love for this spooky 2-in-1 holiday film for me (and stop motion animation as a whole, I LOVE Coraline don't get me wrong but The Nightmare Before Christmas is also such a neat film.) I also realised whilst rewatching the film again that... Jack Skellington reminds me of Stacy... a lot... uhhhh. I think it's cuz of the fact he's a very theatrical character in terms of movements and such, that and the movie itself is a musical, so that also contributed to it most likely. Either way, I wanted to draw Stacy as Jack Skellington cuz why not??? (I say as I make AU no.4379874984) I'm being honest when I say that Stacy would actually REALLY enjoy The Nightmare Before Christmas. I think mainly because of the fact that she loves musicals but also since the trio all LOVE Halloween already as it is, so it's basically the perfect kind of movie for Stacy. Her favourite character too obviously being Jack Skellington, though I do think she'd like Sally too :].

Also, would you all believe me when I said that all I was listening to while drawing this was System Of A Down? I dunno usually I'd listen to music that relates to the drawing I work on- and I would've been listening to The Nightmare Before Christmas' soundtrack. But nah, I just binge listened to System Of A Down instead. (I'm not complaining though, I love their music A WHOLE LOT- I might get to drawing a piece based off of one of their songs.)
