People say that Killy and Zoichi are basically the same, but that's not true. Zoichi is actually a cool, focused action man through the whole series. Killy is super overpowered, but he is also a funny ragdoll who you are supposed to find amusing when he gets thrown through concrete walls repeatedly.

This was about more than just Kumugi being right for Team Desscaras, this "analysis" was also about what Kumugi needed. Shirabedonna likely saw Kumugi's potential and what she wanted deep down but knew Kumugi was repressing herself and was being forced into a mundane desk job. So she put her on a team that would force her true feelings out of her, make her have fun and precious memories! Be her true self, live up to her potential!
