Paxton has been Spider-Man for 2 years, having been originally bit by the Spider in 3075. He didn't initially kill the spider, just injured it, so it went on to bite his best friend, Dandi. Thus why this dimension/universe has two Spider-People!

The conditions are very tragic as children suffer from the spread of diseases and the elderly suffer from difficult conditions and lack of treatment...

There is no water, no food, no electricity in the Gaza Strip...
