“Ana” Rules For 30 Days:
Always Drink Cold Water
Drink Lemon Water Once A Day
Drink 1 Cup Of Green Tea A Day
Chew At Least 15 Times
No Bingeing And If You Do It Has To Be Under 1,200 Calories
No Chips, Pizza, Candy Etc
Always Exercise
Always Drink 2 Or More Litres Of Water
Never Ever Skip Breakfast
Brush Your Teeth 4 Times A Day
Never Stop Moving
Throw Away Foods You’ll Binge On
If You’re Hungry Drink Hot Water
Never Eat Anything Bigger Than A Cup Or Your Fist
All Portion Sizes That Are NOT Fruits Or Veggies Must Fit Into 1 Cup
Your Net Of Calories Has To Be Under 100 Calories
Put Your Fork Down Between Each Bite
