Maddening Riddle seems problematic, as it isn't an alternative non-mana cost, just a condition that can be met very easily using something like Changeling Outcast or Universal Automaton, plus, two mana for surveiling two and drawing a card already exists, without upsides. And this risks the possibility of being able to chain Maddening Riddle, as it replaces itself and provides card selection. Also, having this at common would most likely negatively impact pauper.

Hungry for Anything also seems very good, being able to remove artifacts for free at instant speed so long as you control a forest. The fact that this can also hit enchantments if you pay mana just makes this card too good, if it wasn't already.

Flare of Emptiness is extremely problematic, as there are multiple nontoken colorless creatures that cost zero mana, which means that this could set your opponent back their entire first turn for just two cards and no mana.

Vivien, Survivor of Skalla is pretty much just a leyline, but a Planeswalker that gets you extra lands on its uptick. In other words, it's ramp that's free on turn one, that will provide more ramp and additional benefits over the course of the game. Plus, it fills your graveyard, which would make it useful for dredge decks. Ludicrously overpowered.

I mean, if you think about it, a dungeon full of weird porn traps is kind of ideal for a D&D lich. Depending on what specific version of the rules we're talking about, their natural immunities encompass paralysis, poison, ability drain, fatigue, all mind-altering effects, and anything that forces a Fortitude/Constitution save, which notably includes nearly all polymorph effects. They could fill a dungeon with goofy TF traps and hypno shit and not even need to remember what they put where because they're not affected by any of it. Awkward if you ever have non-undead guests, of course, but such is the price of convenience!
