My beard has always been a part of my identity. I know friends and family can confirm that so it always a bit of a sad time when it comes to #Movember season. At the same time though, it's a reminder of how far I've come with kicking Cancer's ass (3 year's remission). Since moving to Winnipeg we've had a couple of bad experiences and that has put me in a pretty rough spot mentally, emotionally and financially. I now realize more than ever how important it is to talk about men's mental and physical health.
