I think it's a little bit wierd that Charybdis' design in Hades 2 is like that of a wierd octopus/flower with tentacles and a mouth in the middle, but that is only because Scylla is the one that's supposed to have the tentacles, yk, 6 of them, to grab 6 of odysseus' men. It doesn't help that Scylla is also in the game, and is based off an oyster (her drop is a pearl also). Like, I get the need to give Charybdis some form of a body, but this monster is literally basically a giant whirlpool (technically the thing making the whirlpool) and while the water around charybdis is swirling like one, it's not like Charybdis seems to have any actual ties to it other than that in the game.

And the only real reason I am this annoyed is because everything else has so much thought put into its design, these 2 just stand in such contrast to their mythological descriptions.

The black coat is, without a doubt, my current favorite nocturnal arm. Mys first run through the underworld and I just blazed through the entire thing. I beat Scylla in like 30 seconds. I actually beat Chronos (first time I managed).

I fear I don't trust my family as much as I trust my friends. Unfortunately for my friends, I don't think I trust them as much as I want to.

I hate it. I hate how weak I am. I spend the whole day thinking, promising myself I will call. And everytime I'm about to, I find an excuse not to. Everything somehow reminds me of you. And I tell myself I'll call. I'll call you, and we'll talk for hours, like before, like I want to. And I'll file it away in my head as a task to do. I've filed it as a task to do for the last 3 weeks. And everyday I don't. I don't because I'm afraid you'll not pick up. You won't pick up and it'll crush me. I want to call. There's tears in my eyes begging me to call. But tears can be wiped away. I don't want to be alone, but maybe if I don't call, I'm alone because I chose to be, you're not here because I chose for you to not be. And then I won't be a burden.

Or maybe I'll call, and you'll pick up. You'll pick up and I'll have disturbed you. Because I can't have not disturbed you.

Managed to beat 1st phase of Chronos with a build that would be great had I been smarter about one of the daedalus hammers. I ended up shooting myself in the foot. Lvl 11 heroic demeter boon and I still manage to fuck up the build.

One day my parents will discover I'm an atheist because I will do something stupid that outs me as one essentially, and will ask how long. And they won't believe when I say basically since I can remember. It will be a fun conversation. I will probably cry.

I forgot (never actually learned) how to draw faces because I've been drawing hands a lot in the recent past
