where do Partypoopers and partygoers come from, Hannah?
Admittedly, there isn’t much we know of that aspect. We avoid partygoers like the plague since if they knew that some partypoopers survived, we could be hunted down and our current base of operations could be found, so we don’t know much of how partygoers get created other than via the SFV. It’s highly likely that there’s other ways of partygoers coming into existence through ways other than the SFV, though.
As for partypoopers, we also don’t know. It’s sort of like a ritual for them when they create families, but we don’t know how it works, why it works, or any specifics to it. Despite them being an extremely scientifically driven species of creatures who dislike spiritual explanations, they’ve accepted this unexplained phenomenon as just how things work. They’ve described it as being similar to dreams. We don’t know how it works or why it happens. It just does. I’ve been told that the process involves combining a blood sample from each “parent” which causes the child to be a mix of them, but other than that, I have no idea.
Apologies for the lack of images and information on the subject. We know next to nothing about this. If we learn more, I will follow up with you about it.

can you tell us anything about partypoopers?
The information M.E.G. has collected on the entities known as “partypooper” is inaccurate. The wanderers which reside alongside them have much more accurate and in-depth information on them. However, this knowledge is not something they want M.E.G. or other major organizations knowing.
I, Hannah, Council-member and Head of Education, share this knowledge with the understanding that it will not be shared to any wanderer-led organizations OR party-related groups.
To begin, “Partypooper” is an umbrella term used for many different types of similar entities. I will specifically focus on the most common type, that being “Mimicker” or “Songbird” partypoopers, as they call themselves.

These partypoopers are humanoid in shape, bipedal, and can easily pass as a wanderer if one is not aware of partypoopers at all. They wear hand-crafted blue masks with special film in the eye slots that provide protection from bright or harsh light and vivid colors. Their attire consists typically of a hoodie, sweatpants or jeans, a sweater, sneakers, and gloves, all being either black or a very dark shade of blue or gray. Their hoods are always up and have extra padding on the inside that muffle sound for their ears.
Their bodies are a light blue in color with darker blue freckles covering the face and shoulders primarily. Their hair color often is a darker blue or black, but grows lighter with age, similarly to humans.
Their ears are more animalistic in shape and are far more sensitive to sounds and very receptive to pitch. The eyes are similar to that of a cat or hawk or similar animals with sharp eyesight. It is documented that they can see more shades of color on average than the average human and can see farther in more detail. Their noses are flatter, allowing for their masks to rest more easily against their faces. They also have small fangs, four to be specific, two on top row of teeth and two on the bottom row of teeth.
Both their hands and feet have retractable nails which are kept sharp, though the purpose of them does not seem to be for climbing or defense primarily, as the nails are as strong as a human’s nails. Their fingers are slightly longer on average than a human’s, with the fingers being more thin. The toes are also longer, about twice the length of a human’s, seemingly to help with balance when standing on only part of the foot.
Their lungs are noticeably larger than a human’s, being about 1.5 times larger. As a result, they can hold their breath for longer. Their vocal cords are also more advanced, allowing them to mimic all types of sounds including, but not limited to, voices, animals, instruments, machinery, and noises that can be considered “ambience”. This is where their title of “mimicker” or “songbird” comes from, though it is to be noted that this title is not official.
For height, on average they stand taller than the average human.
In terms of physical anatomy, they lack certain features that humans tend to have, including sex-specific traits like facial hair, larger chests, and the like. Their bodies resemble that of a mannequin in physical attributes. As a result, they are all biologically genderless, with gender being simply an expression and preference they choose for themselves. While some experience romantic attraction, they all are asexual with varying levels of repulsion to sexual things (generally, they are more repulsed than not).
While all partypoopers wear masks with the iconic frown on them, the rest of their appearance may differ. Below are some documented altered appearances. Regardless of how they look, they all cover their entire bodies at all times.

Hoodies may be exchanged for jackets, turtleneck sweaters for scarfs, sweatpants or jeans for skirts and tights/leggings, etc. Some wear boots or dress shoes instead of sneakers. Though entities may not have much variety in their apparel, human partypoopers’ appearances are far more varied.
Some accessorize their appearance for either style or practicality. The great leader of the resistance, Vivace, wore shoulder, elbow, and knee pads as armor, for example. His sister Presto reportedly tore off the sleeves to her hoodie, leaving the sleeves to her sweater exposed. And his other sister, Maestoso, wore something that can only be described as vaguely and partially religious inspired.
Typical hairstyles tend to involve braids and other ways of keeping hair pinned up and out of the way.
I do hope that answers your question, as these are what the most common type of partypooper is. If there is some other knowledge you seek, I and the others will gladly answer to the best of our abilities.

lore? plz give your backrooms lore?
Well, what lore would you like to know? While not everything is quite fleshed out yet, there’s some with more information than others, and not all of it is connected. Here’s some of the stuff I’ve either put my own spin on, gave more detail to, are plot points I’ve created, or are notable characters:
- the backrooms itself
- the history of the partypoopers and partygoers
- the reasons and events behind the Fun War
- Tenuto and his family
- Notes’ family
- the Fun War itself
- Reality-Splicer (Notes’ sword)
- After the Fun War
- the new home for the partypoopers (not the Promised Land)
- Remembrance Day
- The period of time where partypoopers were presumed extinct
- Anya and Miguel
- the human partypoopers
- the partycrashers
- Marcato
- The vaccine to the SFV, attempt 1
- the council
- relations to other groups
Im gonna be a bit busy this summer so I most likely won’t be able to add art to any replies to asks. If i do it’ll be traditional art. U can ask about any of these things for more details on them! I’ll be less likely to forget things this way

Hehehe TYYYY
I love how it turned out, despite how anti-photography the mask was whenever I took pictures of the progress lmaooo
I remember playing hide and seek a lot when my siblings and I were younger. They were ruthless at it, and never let me be a seeker. I always figured it was just a sibling thing.
Over time, I made my own hiding spots with secret paths connecting them so I could go between them undetected.
Eventually, I got so good that my siblings couldn’t find me until I came out willingly. The first time it happened, I expected my eldest brother, Vivace, to be annoyed or mad or something similar. Instead he looked relieved, beyond relieved. I didn’t know why at the time.
They came a little while after that initial victory of mine. They were looking for my siblings, mainly Vivace I presume.
I hid
It searched
After a bit, it left, not even knowing I was there.
Vivace never hid. He wasn't the type of person to, even if it put him in more danger as a result. He spoke up for us all, defended us all. My other siblings stood by his side. I was told to remain hidden.
They didn't hide. They chose to fight. And they were killed as a result.
If the ones that hurt us knew I existed, I would've been killed too.
I play a lot of hide and seek with Vivace's daughter, my niece, just as her father and my other siblings had with me. Wanderers often tell me I am too hard on her, that I should go easier on her.
The consequences of being found are very minimal when it is just a game. But it isn't always just a game.
I won't go easy on her. The ones that hurt us would not and will not go easy on us. I am training her just as my siblings trained me.
It's what he would've wanted me to do.

A wip I’m slowly working on. I’m really happy with how the butterfly wings look! I used watercolor markers and a watercolor paint brush for them. It’s not perfect, but I think it’s beautiful still, and I was told it was something I should post so here it is!
Soprano’s wings. She doesn’t canonically have them, or at least not as of now, but they’re an idea I got based on an rp that I really wanted to draw!

They’re all amazing and they’re all canon to me
I love the silly blue creatures
Idk why I like Partypoopers so much of all backrooms entities. Maybe it has smth to do with making one into an oc, or maybe it's the many different types of creature people interpret them as under their frownie masks and hoodies. A partypooper is a normal human guy. No, they're actually entities. Their clothes are their skin and their mask is their face. They're made of fungi. They are some kind of eel. They're a species of fluffy humanoid mammal creatures. It's a militia of normal human guys. They're a group of defect partygoers that kept their humanity. It's just one singular dude named Jeff. It's a species of pale hairless eyeless freaks. So many varieties of blue guy to choose from
