It's a french interview of the helmet designer for Pierre and Charles. Im gonna translate some bits for you.

1) About the special helmet for Anthoine in monza 2019. Pierre absolutely wanted to pay tribute to Anthoine but he was wearing Arai helmets at that time and as there was only 1 week between spa and monza, Arai didn't have spare helmets available for Pierre to be painted. Pierre really wanted to have the special helmet so, as Pierre and Charles were wearing the same helmet size, they actually used a helmet from Charles, who was with Bell and had an available helmet shell that could be painted. It was useful because Pierre was already discussing with Bell at the time and he had to try a Bell helmet.

2) About Charles' special helmet in Austin 2023. Actually it was a design that was initially proposed to Pierre for a Miami GP previously. Pierre initially accepted the design but refused it some days later because he was afraid to be called "cetelem" (it's a french commercial well known in France with a character that is Green, you can check it on google) and they made another design. So when Charles asked for a nfl helmet for the usgp in 2023, the designer proposed this one among others and Charles chose it. So the designer had to call Pierre to make sure he was OK with that and of course there was no issue.

3) Pierre wanted an "iron man" design for monaco 2019. The designer told Pierre "Are you sure marvel is gonna be ok with that?" Pierre "Yeah no worries. Let's do it ! So cool!". But Red Bull of course " Guys we have to ask marvel first". So red bull asked marvel and the good surprise was that marvel answered ok. So everyone was hyped for that but unfortunately he never wore it because marvel said "ok for the design but it's forbidden to commercialize it". And Pierre had a contract with Red Bull saying that if he was on the podium, red bull was allowed to sell mini helmets of the podium helmet. So that's why we never saw this helmet.

Slightly inside knowledge, but not that inside so don't kill me haha. The real fractures in the relationship between Marko and Horner were in early 2022. Both knew of Dietrich's terminal pancreatic cancer diagnosis. The original plan from Marko and Dietrich was Gasly would be repromoted for 2023, since he remained on a Red Bull contract. Marko advised him to decline talks with McLaren because of this. Horner vetoed his appointment, and renewed Perez without Marko and Dietrich's say so in Monaco. Obviously that goes against Marko's whole driver ethos, and it was one of the few wishes Mateschitz had remaining. So the real split started there. The drivers involved know they're just collateral (Perez is only close with Horner, and Gasly was close with Marko so knew what was going on) and Gasly ended up using that to his advantage in the end. When Marko wouldn't talk terms with Alpine, Gasly asked Horner to do it instead. Marko was pissed when he found out but really I don't get what Gasly was supposed to do. Then Dietrich died, and where there originally was some control over Horner because Dietrich had veto rights, he didn't any more. Horner's gone rogue and started doing far more on his own. Marko is being pushed out, even to the point it's Rocquelin who's been put in the VCARB garage to assist Ricciardo who is Horner's pet project, which was a role Marko formerly would have done. Marko's always been closer to Max than Horner has. Max improved his german specifically to be able to be able to converse with Marko in his own language. Marko has provided pastoral support that Horner generally just isn't capable of. Marko wasn't the one who banned Max's dad from the garage. So obviously, Max knows which side he's on now.
