Tasting notes below, and full can release details at the link in our profile. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ CRYSTAL SHIPS Murky Double IPA w/ Crystal, Enigma, Citra, and Hallertau Blanc Hops, with 100% CA grown and malted grain from Admiral Maltings 8.5% ABV ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We always strive to find the finest ingredients to craft our brews, and for this Murky Double IPA we went to one of the newest and most exciting malthouses we know of, @admiralmaltings in Alameda, CA. This small-batch company is California's only CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers) certified malting operation. We used a malt that was specially bred for California, a dry-farmed Pale malt.
