12/13/36 Rapid City, S.D., DEC. 13 – A $25,000 WPA project provided for the reproduction of tyrannosaurus rex, giant flesh-eating reptile that lived in the dim past, in Rapid City’s Dinosaur Park, the only one in the United States. It is one of five dinosaurs being reproduced for the park.
