if anyoneâs wondering; these two simple words donât really exist in classical latin. however, there are phrases that can be used as a negation and affirmation. for instance:
phr. verum est - yes (literally thatâs true)
sic adv. - yes (spanish sĂ/italian sĂŹÂ and other affirmative words in the romance languages derived from it)
ita adv. - yes (romanian da derived from it)
vere adv. - yes (literally true)
phr. false est - no (literally thatâs false)
minime adv. - no (literally not at all)

Tempus fugit! And the intensity of memories also fades away until you sit in your armchair, with a cup of tea, and start re-reading the book of life, and past, and memories. Only then you realize, what you were and what you are. How much and how frequently the experiences have shaped and reshaped you. Only then you realize what was and wasn't worth it.
