After thinking it over, I’ve decided to unlist, remove from my masterlist, and hide all Carter Hart works. He’s not someone I feel is worth keeping on my blog. I’ll continue to decide whether I want to rewrite them with a different player or no. For now, they’ll be no longer visible.

The works I wrote for him were published long before any allegations came to light and I’ve kept them up because they represent a time in my writing journey and continue to be among my most engaged pieces.

That said, I’ve gone back and forth many times about either taking them down entirely or reworking them to feature a different player. It’s something I’m still thinking through carefully.

I want to make it clear that keeping the fics up as-is (for now) does not reflect any support for him or the actions he’s been accused of. I absolutely do not condone sexual assault or any behavior that harms others.
