Let’s pay a visit to the Department of Awesome Anamorphic Artwork where everyone is trying to wrap their brains around this amazing 3D calligraphy and lettering created by Turkish graphic designer and electrical engineer Tolga Girgin. His playful letters defy both gravity and reason as they appear to sit upright, drip down on, melt off, dance around and float above their respective pieces of paper.

I think people often underestimate the potential educational value of senseless memes. For example, thanks to Spiders Georg, literally every teenager on Tumblr has a reasonable grasp of what a statistical outlier is and the sorts of problems that outliers can introduce into a naïve analysis. There are grown adults who don’t get that - I deal with them on a daily basis.

At Cnd&d1, our Monk Clay has sworn not to speak until he defeats all evil, or so we’re told. But Trym doesn’t buy it, he’s hiding secrets and she must know! In our last session, she lost a finger trying to lock-pick a chest (an evil teleporting finger-chopping chest. That’s another story all by itself!) and Clay patched her up: an occasion as good as any other to try and make the monk break his vow. Soon, Clay. Soon.
