Cir as a character beyond thresholds of the genre is soooo. Like. He's been hit by a car twice. Somehow he's managed to escape the hospital every time. The first time he got hit by a car he dreamt something so real while in a coma he believed it to be reality. It was reality. It just wasn't his reality. There is a version of Phu and him in every world. There is no guaranteed happy ending for any version of him. There are versions of him that have it worse. It can always get worse. He's half of a person. He's been traded around and used as an object since his birth. He's a stalker. He's been following Phu like an invisible guard dog for years. It took dying once to gain the courage to tell the boy he loves him. His life had no prior purpose. His purpose is Phu. Or idk, maybe Cir just wants to put his fingers in Phu's mouth...or something.
