polished up the beach level's geometry for today's Nightmare Kart dev post!
Every sand bar and island now has fully closed off geometry; no more random geo holes! I also fixed a lot of collision errors as well, meaning this level is now ready to have all the race mechanics added to it!

Little flashlight update.
The main floodlight is on your hat brim, but that created weird shadows when you aimed your pistol.
Now it automatically switches to a weapon-mounted flashlight! The beam is narrower, encouraging you to holster while exploring.

I added double jumping and side jumping. Its a bit hard to tell in this clip but the guns fire in the direction the gun is facing no matter the animation, This should make things like beam weapons more interesting to use

working on the shark some more for today's Nightmare Kart dev post!
made an attack pounce animation which will instantly kill the player. also, to prevent the camera from clipping into the big shark once the player dies i added a 'shark cam' which will persist until the player respawns
