Hey anon! so sorry for getting to this so late :(

I'm doing okay at the moment, things have calmed down since then, but I'm still pretty swamped yk?

I do plan on writing for this blog ! I still very much enjoy the game and all the characters. It's just a matter of finding motivation and the time to write- which I can not give a clear answer to when, unfortunately.

hi anon, I think to put it simply, I'm really busy with school

It started a less than a couple ago and I'm already burnt out and overworked. I was placed in some really complex and advanced classes and its more than i can chew.I have a lot important things going on this year, and i really don't have time to do anything outside of school. Sometimes I have an hour, but I'm mainly spend that in practicing music since I became a leader of the orchestra(which ngl adds a hell ton of pressure on me)

I'm just in a really busy spot right now, and working for this blog doesn't fit with everything else I'm trying do. Im sorry

Rui Kamishiro

Rui felt like he had a good understanding of emotions, he knew when he was happy or when he was discontent with himself. Though one feeling, he struggle to comprehend was belonging to something. Must of days whilst his classmates played together and gossip during the hours of lunch, he was found at the rooftops with only the air to greet him.

He felt like an outsider to the world, that one lonesome child in the corner, too afraid to mutter a word to his peers. He wasn't necessarily upset by this either, he had grown to be accustomed to being alone, becoming desensitized in the solitude

That was until he met you.

You greeted him with nothing but endless kindness, little words of affirmation kissing the lobes of his ears. Even when he felt like an outsider to the world, your benevolence met no ends, boundless as you held him in your arms, brushing away his troubles

And that is why in that very moment, Rui felt his hopes and emotions crush like powder as those simple quick words left your lips in a firm sentence.

" We should break up"

That was joke, right-? Yet there was no hesitation in your voice. Not a quiver nor stutter to indicate otherwise. Your eyes were also void of that glimmer you use to stare at him as well, glinting like stars that would greet him each and every day. Instead, it was monotone, vacant of the care that use to love him. Cold. And hurting as well.

In the shock of the moment, he was rendered silence, his head racing at a dangerous speed, hazardous to a crash. But as he reached back to his senses of rationality, all he could do was fake a smile. "I understand." Perhaps you both would talk it out but ultimately you remained the same about your choice.

Why? That was word that had lodged itself in his thoart yet he had no energy to mutter it out even as a meek whisper.

He tried to pry the lingering eyes off him. Nene and others would ask if he was fine. The question always brought a sharp pain, a pierce to his chest, eyes etching with tears that he swiflty blinks away. The lie forming of his on his lips, "I'm fine" That couldn't be further from the truth and his actions proved otherwise

He quite literally locked himself in his room, his head buried in a cluster of blueprints and spare parts with the sole excuse that he had work to do for upcoming shows. But a quick chat with Tsukasa disproved that very quickly. Really, Rui was looking for any way to avoid crashing paths with you again. To see you be so happy without him whilst he's still struggling to let go

Rui tried to tell himself that he shouldn't be sad that this was expected. Afterall, who would want to be with the outcast? He'll get over it in couple of days, he reckons.

Yet as Rui sat on the rooftops, the spot beside him vacant of your presence, your smile and every part of you, he couldn't help but choke out a sob( his classmates noticed how his cheeks looked a tad puffy yet they silently collectively agreed to leave the pruple haired boy alone). Fingers going numb that use to hold onto yours, grounding him back to reality as soothing words leave you. It felt so wrong not feeling you beside him. But all he was met was with the silence as the wind blew blew over his ears.

His eyes lingered on the view in the distance. He could still hear your voice, giggling as you crack one of those corny jokes that still made his stomach hurt from laughing. You always found the view to be beautiful, a series of colors stringing together to make a scene both you and Rui could share. But now you probably in the cafeteria, laughing with your friends as they gossip of today's news.

And over time he would reach those days when the hurt washed away and he held a genuine smile to his face. Perhaps the both of you can remain friends, not allowing the previous bond to affect you now.

But even still, whenever he goes to the rooftops, he still can't help but squint at the distance, searching for something that no longer existed.

The view never looked quite the same.

Toya Aoyagi

Toya wasn't quite sure what to expect when you both started dating. The idea was new and forgien to his inexperienced hands. But he nonetheless made a silent promise to act the role as your partner to the best of his ability

It was bumpy process, he would admit. He knew he had a rather cold exterior, a concrete wall protecting his vulnerabilities from the world's harsh cruelties. Yet he could not deny that you somehow found a way to chip away at those walls.

You were so kind to him, someone who gave him the reassurance he needed when emotions hit harder than bricks. You provided an escape from his family, one where he didn't need to have his gaurd up.

And overtime you learned, there was more than his rather stoic nature. That deep down all his flaws and imperfections, Toya was a good friend. And a good partner.

Though what brought you to this situation? Only you knew.

" Hey Toya, I think it'd be better if we go our separate ways."

He already could tell something was wrong before you spoke those words. You were more quiet than usual, fingers fidgeting over your sleeves. Silence was shrouding the pair of you- it was like he wasn't even there.

And Toya made the mistake of asking. The very act that led him to this predicament.

Toya was never one to react through ranges of expressions, but this didn't stop his shoulders from going slack, his eyes widening in disbelief- jaw slightly apage, astonished and confused at the same time.

Like Rui, the pair of you would talk it out, being a peaceful closure to your relationshipm But he nonetheless respected your wishes, surely you had good reasons to end things. "If that's how you see it, then I will respect that"

Normally, Toya didn't allow his mind to ponder on topics for too long. It was quite simple for him to shrug off quarries, leaving without a second thought. But this? Admittedly lingered in his mind for much longer than he wished. Was he too tense? Perhaps too emotionless, it gave the impression he didn't care? It didn't matter now. The only person who held the answers was you and you were long gone

He was quite well at hiding his pain compared to Rui. Doesnt even mumble a peep to Akito other than a few blunt words. His expressions remain the same as well, not a note of hurt other than his droppy eyes- struggling to recieve sleep in the aftermath of the breakup. Though people can notice how he starred off into the distance, or how his eyes lingered on spots you use to sit at.

His pile of arcade prizes increased in number as well- subconsciously collecting awards he had normally gifted to you. It hadn't even occurred to him that he still acted upon among old habits. Even though the prizes took up space in his room, it served to epitomize on the lonely cold presence thst he truly was standing in.

And at the dead of nights, void of anyone's prying eyes or judgeful thoughts; his face goes red with faint droplets wetting his cheeks as he makes the mistake of reminiscing for just a second. His knuckles goes pale as his clutch around the pillow fails to cease, his tears leaving marks on the fabrics.

He knew he was waiting for something that was far out of reach. And the realization always caused his body to run numb, a wave of needles to pin against the surface of his heart. It was also then upon that moment, he truly recognized how strong you made him feel and now rendered to a peice of broken shards stitched together with tape only visible in solitude

However, Toya does learn to move on with the mercy of time. A little faster than others.

And when he does pass you by the hallway, he greets you with a mere wave, void of any hurt in his stature.

How they carry you

Tenma Tsukasa

Tsukasa likes to give you piggyback rides! When he was young he has always been giving them away to people, especially to his sister, Saki. He finds them super fun and can easily bring a smile to both his face and hopefully yours as well.

You don't even need to ask, if you jump onto his back, he'll get the message right away.

The ride can feel a bit bumpy as he is unable to keep still and instead runs around the room whilst you are mounted his back. And yet he somehow never becomes tried even if he runs around for hours or a mile after mile.

He doesn't have a main reason to when he carry you. If your feet are aching or just want to be held for no reason, Tsukasa will still carry you on his back.

Will never say it outloud, but he loves it when you wrap your arms around him and rest your cheek against his hair or shoulder.

Even better in you jump into his arms, it fuels into his pride of being the knight in shinning armor. Though in some occurrences the sudden impact may cause him to lose his balance. Many kisses as an apology <3

In a more teasing and playful way, Tsukasa holds you from under the arms. It's quite a silly sight, but more often than not he ends up dropping you- which he apologizes profusely for.

This boy likes to be held too

Kamishiro Rui

Rui scoops you up in his arms with gentle hands and cradles you close to his chest with care.

He is quite romantic compared to Tsukasa and if the moment calls for it, he will quite literally swept you off your feet and spin you around- regardless of gender. Your giggles(or flustered face) only fuel his antics- even more so if you cling onto him for dear life-

But often times he picks you up when you have fall alseep amidst his endless rambles, his soothing voice lulling to an early rest. While the opportunity presented itself as prank waiting to happen- this time Rui will careful pick you up, placing your head against his chest hoping his heartbeat will soothe you and then carefully transport you to a more comfortable spot like a couch

Like Tsukasa, if you just want to held by him all you have to do is jump into his arms and he'll embrace you closely with care with slight rubs of circles on your arms. He may even give off his signature smug look but he doesn't sheers you away nonetheless

In other instances- most likely when it is just the two fo you in moments of insecurities, he carries you like a koala. His head is resting on your shoulder as he leads you away to your destination, 9/10 times it leads into a cuddling session.

Shinonome Akito

He varies depending on his mood. When he's feeling like a tease and wanting to mess with you, he'll carry you like a sack of potatoes. He's pretty similar to Tsukasa in which he can be playful with how he carries his partner.

He'll admit that the strange looks he gets is rather unsettling but at the same time he becomes too distracted by the sounds of your laughs or protests to stop himself. His actions actions tend to be provoked by you being stubborn

But in a more less chaotic manner, he likes to give piggy back and shoulder rides too! Shoulder rides are only reserved once it's you too alone as it would be less of hassle when people are around.

Whenever you ask him for a glass of water or snack from the pantry, while one hand he'll go grab itself without hesitation. There also some occuasions, Akito would crouch down and allow you to cling to his back and take you to get water

Likes it when you card your fingers through his hair whenever he carries you, it's his little reward in his mind. Leans into your touch every time you do so.

The first time you jumped into his arms, he was bewildered, stumbling back in an effort to not drop you. But the squeezing at his chest when you snuggled your cheek against his shoulder wasn't entirely unwelcoming either. He was pretty smug about it, but deep down he liked it

When is comes to wordless actions, its when your feeling down. Coming to him for a comforting hug will become him carrying you on his back, taking you elsewhere less distracting where you can vent about your troubles.

Another one who secretly likes to be held

Aoyagi Toya

Piggyback rides are the simplest for him, but cradling you in his arms is also another option he may restort to. He tends to this whenever you find yourself becoming drowsy or twisted an ankle during one of your many late night strolls

Toya is simple in his antics and pretty straightforward too and so there is nothing too flashy in the way he carries his partner. He usally only carries you when there is reason to- but if his partner really wants to be held then he can make an expectation

Not much is spoken during these interactions. All your protests are met on deaf ears, and even when you aruge that you're fine, he isn't taking any if it(he doesn't miss how your eyes are dropping or the wince you give when your leg aches from the injury)

He easily ignores the stares he receives and instead focuses on making sure you aren't uncomfortable in his grasp

When he catches you snoozing off in a weird angle against the chair, his first instinct is to pick you up in his embrace. He'll rest your head against his shoulder while he takes you to a nearby couch or bed where you'd be more comfortable to sleep

If you just want to be carried, that's when the piggyback rides come in. He's intrigued by it in truth, not really seeing the fascination behind it. But when he sees the way your face lights up, that was enough to convince him.

An alternative is lifting up by the waist, giving you a quick kiss then setting you down again. Gets so shy when you do this back to him though- his ears are going red

All in all, he will only carry in ways that make you feel comfortable. He doesn't want you to be too embarrassed or in discomfort in any way

So I had a small problem with my blog that my post wouldn't stay on thr tags and for at most an hour before disappearing. As your next door neighbor

Tenma Tsukasa: The nice(and over enthusiastic) neighbor who would bring dinner leftovers to your family. He's the one to send a freindly smile when you pass by and gently throw pebbles to get your attention. Sometimes you catch him having a meltdown in the morning about a ladybug that's crawling on his pants when he's outside- often coaxing you to laugh at his silly attempts to pry if off only to beg for you to help. Cries out that "you're the worst" for the laughing at his 'torment'. But he's always the one to bring school work when you're absent, while lending some notes. The one to help carry your school bag every morning or lend you his umbrella when it rains. And ohhh nooo, he's suddenly getting this silly feeling in his chest when he sees you every morning. He tries to be discreet but it becames painfully obvious that Tsukasa has a crush on the next door neighbor~

Rui Kamishiro: The neighbor you don't really see often. Rui really only keeps to himself and would come out when going to school and tending his families small garden. Though both of you don't interact much, you've known each other since you were children and considered the other a close friend (close enough that Rui is unafraid to spray you with the hose while tending to the garden- but he secretly waters your own plants since he knows you dislike doing it). Although his room window is covered with curtains, you could always seeing light emitting from the small cracks during the dead of night. You find him at your front door a lot too, he's always asking if you have any spare screws or bolts. Although you quirk your brow at his odd request, he always replies "put a little trust in me, I'll show you once it's done" all while dawning that Cheshire grin, how can you say no to that? And sometimes he doesn't even need those items, he just wants to see his neighbors cute face(dw he'll return it back)

Akito Shinonome: The neighbor you want to punch in the face but also secretly have a crush on but shhhh you're in denial. You get random texts from him during the day such as "can you roll the trash bins out front?" "Why, it's you're trash?""You're already outside"(he does it for you when you're not looking). He hides your packages behind a pillar whenever he catches them out in public eye thanks to the negligence of the delivery man, even picks up your family's mail when retrieving his own. And after some time, you start to notice how the sun emphasizes his features when hes outside wearing nothing but a white tee and sweats- quite enchanting. Akito on the other hand, makes teasing remarks when he catches you outside in the night chilly breeze throwing out the trash while in your nightclothes- though he is quite a worry wart- offers you a jacket arguing "you're going to get sick dummy." It's a shame you can't see his blushing face.

Toya Aoyagi: He doesn't speak much you noticed but he was nonetheless very kind towards you family. He helps bring in groceries when he catches you struggling with the bags or brings over any materials you need like sugar if you happen to run low. Toya gifts some of his arcade prizes to you(and siblings if you have any). Sometimes you could hear the faint sound of him playing the violin or tapping on the pianos keys echoing from his residence. One thing you notice is that Toya goes out for nightly strolls. And one day he catches you outside, sitting by yourself on a step with nothing but the sky to entertain you. Your upset mood was written in bold letters and he could tell you needed a well deserved distraction- andddd he had to admit seeing you so blue without the usual smile that would greet him every time was troubling. So he lend out a hand asking if you wanted to accompany him on his nightly walk. " You don't have to tell me what happened, but perhaps a walk could help clear your mind." And he had to admit, he quite enjoyed your company.
