I am questioning if that’s even Hide at this point. Ghouls didn’t go to school so it makes sense that they wouldn’t spell things properly, I think Hide would be able to spell specialist seeing as he went to school and was also attending Uni with Kaneki. Maybe someone is using his identity for some unknown reason. As much as I want that to be really Hide it’s very suspicious unless we see his face.
Also the recent chapter was called 001 and Hide wore a hat for a while that was 01 So i’m really curious how this is gonna all play out with whats real and whats a lie.
Maybe i’m overthinking it and it really is Hide but he has been hiding the fact he’s a ghoul ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm quite afraid for what Sui has in store. It seems like last chapter was an official hint at Hide returning... but also a big flag that if he does return he might officially die. I feel like it's due to how harassed he is about Hide. I'll take what I can get though.
I just picked up AE and after about an hour I got a basic handle of it but this really helped with learning more specific and varied details :3
Basic HUD circles in After Effects
I’ll be showing how to make simple HUD (heads-up display) circles (aka futuristic circle things) in After Effects (and without using keyframes) like these:
This tutorial is designed for people with little experience with After Effects, so theres a lot of extra explanations

I was JUST thinking about the stripes and then i saw this, good thing I’m not the only one!
Ch 17 Zebra Stripes Symbolism
(Part of the Tokyo Ghoul RE:🌙 NightBlog Series)
So I went back and reread chapter 17, when I noticed this:
Notice the Zebra Stripes near Mutsuki’s “And…”. What could these Zebra Stripes possibly symbolize. Well, one of them might be Ishida’s way to tell us “See Zebras, not Horses” for the next couple of chapters. In other words, really read into the clues he gives us about each character with Zebra symbolism. Guess who else wore that ugly Zebra Stripes outfit this chapter?
Uta. And what did we learn about Uta the next couple of chapters?
That he can change faces. This opens up the possibility that anyone we saw in Tokyo Ghoul might have been Uta in disguise pushing Kaneki to his demise.
Another thought is that the Zebra Stripes might symbolize a character’s confusion, or an overall distortion of facts in the overall plot.
So who else might be a victim of this “Zebra Stripe” symbolism? Seidou?
