So so sorry again for the silence/not posting ;w; things have been going on, but the next update will be posted this first week of May!

And in the future, I plan on having requests of people who would like to join the database done through a google form potentially. Nothing is set yet, and anyone who has responded and asked to be part of it has already be written down. I’d just like to limit the methods of requesting to make things easier— so in the future, requesting might only be done through messaging, sending an ask, or filling out the form.

Also just to state this— please be aware that I only include blogs that have a public f/o listed!! I will not go through your blog to find mentions of your f/os :’) please understand that would be incredibly difficult to do all the time, thank you

Resuming work this weekend btw! I’ve just been a bit busy with some other things, but after the poll, in my post with the updated database, I will include the top 3 fandoms assuming that they aren’t too many ties there. I’d rather not have a three (or more) way tie personally! But for future reference, I won’t include original characters as part of the top 3 as that character is probably currently the number 1 for most selfshippers! But it’s not really a fandom/source. But also in the future, I might revamp how that category in the database looks since it’s pretty plain ^_^ I’m just unsure how since I don’t feel it’s necessary to list out the name of the ocs and not everyone has a profile that can be linked about their oc!

But hopefully maybe in the future that issue will fix itself! But I was wondering if everyone would be interested in that being included in the first place?

Mostly because I made this database partially to see some kinds of statistics (just for FUN!!), and I’d like to have a little blurb included for every update to make them a little more fun. Also if anyone had any suggestions, I’d love to hear them :) I can’t do like least popular fandom because that would just be… 2 PLUS there’s a lot of them right now >.>

I am still working on the database, I spent most of yesterday having to move some big stuff out of my house tho! Nothing from me for April’s Fool day </3 everyone is however allowed to come into my askbox and spend me lies. But only for today!

I’m unsure when exactly I’ll be done with the next update, but most likely I’ll try to aim for sometime in the first two weeks of April! ^_^ Since I’m doing less blogs, it should be easier on me, but I’ll make a post whenever I’m about to post the next update!!

I’m going to take a nap after I respond to a few more messages! But thank you all for your patience and for being nice to me! For the next update, I already have 12 blogs to be added, but I will start working on that next week. I’ll be using the rest of the week to make any changes to the database and also my spreadsheet :)

Thank you everyone for their patience despite the long wait! I'm excited to finally post the first update to the selfship database, and it has certainly filled out. As of 3/27, the selfship database features 59 selfshippers and 111 sources. For the most popular fandoms in the database, DC and original characters are tied with 11 selfshippers!

If you would like to be featured, please either send an ask, message, or reply/reblog to this post or the introduction (but please read the introduction for some boundaries and rules). And, remember, in order for a source to be included, there must be 2 selfshippers for it! Each update will have 15 to 20 blogs updated depending on the free time I have, and I will go in order of who asked first! :) I do not count likes and follows as permission

Due to the size of the database compared to when I first started working on this, there may be errors with links and the buttons. Simply write to me, and I will fix them as soon as possible.
