(allat below cut i'm choosing to spare the noble scrollers of the world)

these two are the only direct creations of ms tsol vraah ! quite frankly i don't know what i would refer to them as in relative as i had mentioned in the tags of that post. i usually just call them the "godspawn" but even that isn't really accurate since like. i feel like that entails they are Of her. whadever.

anyways they were created in order to watch over the realm/maintain some semblance of order (primarily the infestation's job), and for the beings that may occur as a result, keep them in check (primarily the host's job). the whole place being essentially a manifestation of a dead god's will, consciousness changes its surroundings constantly, and adding the perceptions/conscious of Others can quickly mess things up.

(i add perceptions because a lot of these character themes are abt the mind-body philisophical problem...one of my favorite ontology problems. the host/infestation are essentially weird p-zombies which are beings physically and functionally identical to that of a person but they lack a conscious. i found about it by chance but it's so coolshow obvious is it that i have a wikipedia special interest)

and it doesn't sound like their purposes would butt against each other much, but with them being...beings of pure form (as a result of being made by the god Of form) they have some little problems of their own that can't really be sorted out. with one constantly growing and another constantly having to reduce from that — especially considering the form that the infestation does not inhabit is left to become Whatever the Fuck Else it wants to be! — it is safe to say they couldn't really fulfill their sole(haha) purpose with each other around.

and as for what sol had to think about this - she don't give a shit!!!!!!!! or rather she never noticed since doesn't comprehend suffering. since she's only form. oops! though even if she did idrk if she'd care. BUT ANYWAYS what she DOES know is Pain. of course her understanding of it is wildly different being disconnected with any essence to it but it was something. and naturally the logical response to make from this was to beat up that Fucking Mold That You Hate.

so yeah they had a widdle scuffle... where the host lost its head and the infestation their body (if you could really call it that since they're just kind of amorphous. but yknow). which ultimately fucked up their abilities to do either of their jobs. and also sol still didn't give a fuck and only showed up to pretty much just admonish them like a mom would to two first graders. but they still refuse to put each other back together in spite. lol!

there's a lot else i hcould say in terms of their relations and tsol vraah herself (there ARE more relations that i didn't go into detail about even if it is comparitively much less than it is with their kinda-sorta parallel in owari's vessel pachii) but my eyes are starting to strain and i've already been writing SOmuch about sol since i'm using her in one of my school final projects so ummmmyea sorry
