how did you figure out you had szpd?

I got diagnosed haha, before that I didn't really know much about personality disorders as a whole let alone specifics. I was way too busy with very serious stuff to have time to ponder about what my mind has lol, so I didn't really do any figuring. Which wasn't like just walking in and being told I have SZPD, it took many talks and all that. I went through a couple more therapists and pretty much all of them agreed with the diagnosis, and I did too after learning about it even though I was really apprehensive about being labelled "disordered" by the doctors at the start but whatever by now. It's a good descriptor if nothing else. I was in therapy for really bad PTSD, but I don't do therapy anymore. Haven't felt like I needed it for a long time now.
