Tw, $H, Cvtting

I've noticed for a long time on Tumblr there's a massive $H community here and as a survivor of $H and cvtting I know it needs to stop. While the communities may help people feel validated and seen, like they're not alone but in full honesty, these blogs and communities are glorifying $H, mainly cvtting, and it's extremely dangerous. While I was cvtting I was deep into these blogs (communities weren't a thing yet) and they certainly didn't help. I always saw photos of cvts that were deeper, wider, harder than mine were. It made me feel invalid like I wasn't really $Hing because it wasn't as good as everyone on Tumblr. Over time as i started to get out of that pit I was no longer on those blogs and suddenly I felt so much better. I was comparing my pain to others and getting off that side of Tumblr was a big part of my recovery and I can't bare to see people fall deeper into these pits because of these blogs. One of my first friends here I found through $H blogs and as much as they tried to help (a bit) they really just encouraged me to do it more. So genuinely we need to stop interacting with blogs like this and reporting them not just because they're hurting themselves but to help stop others from hurting themselves.

Thank you for listening and I beg you consider this. And DON'T go hating on any $H blogs they're not necessarily doing it on purpose and they're already in pain.

And all one who is $Hing right now, I assume you haven't read this far but I know whenever I saw posts like this I genuinely rolled my eyes and ignored it but please listen. I know you're suffering and you think these blogs are helping you but they really aren't so please seek help or just get off these blogs. It's going to help so much. And remember even if you think no one cares I promise, we do.
