E-ter a robot hound I made, based on the MetalGear rising the character Blade Wolf.  I know I could do better XD, not a tablet. But yeah he's visor shows his emotions from dots to icons .. ect ect

Starting of a new blog fro the cartoon fandom by making my second cuphead oc ! Going to redraw the first one as well but that is for later on.

Relatives: he has 3 brothers and 1 sister (dead), parents are also dead.

Abilities: hypnosis, other abilities currently unknown. 

Personality: Calm, Cultured, Focused, Deceitful, Sly, Greedy, Irritable. 

Likes: to be left alone, to manipulate others, money, his pet turtle Shelly, rainy days, history books, mythology, his brothers (even trough he doesn’t show it), smoking .

Dislikes: other animals except for Shelly, crowds, social gatherings (parties, meetings etc.), loud noises, pointless discussions, to be called names, annoying people ( the been Penny ).   

Quick story: Theodore is known to be the best lawyer in town trough rumors and suspicions started to rise as his cases during the trials are quite shady in the eyes or detectives and police alike. Bribes, blackmails, death threats all these were cut out form the list as there were no evidence to suspect him doing any of this, so then how dose he do it ? That remains to be seen.
