(until I start my blog, I'll relate the story here) At Alwahda Mall #OperationSmile (a charity that helps children with cleft palettes) was having a used-book sale. A friendly girl was assisting me and she noticed my Mockingjay necklace, said "Hunger Games, huh?" and fist-bumped me. Then she reached underneath the stacks and handed me a book. "I was saving this for myself but you can have it." I handed it back to her but I guess there was a misunderstanding and she put it inside my bag along with my other purchases. I accidentally paid for the book and only realized minutes after. I decided to back and give it back to her because she saved it for herself and I reckon she'd enjoy it better. And I wouldn't ask for the money back. It'll be like my donation to the fund. I explained that to her and she was at awe. "So you bought it for me?!" I nodded and she hugged me (I hope I didn't smell like sand because I just came from the beach oops). She was overjoyed idk I just found that encounter cute.
