Cochran Family Round 2 Year 1 Part 1

Meet Jennifer Cochran. She's a hopeless romantic, with a secondary aspiration of Nerd Brain. Her LTW is to win 20 cooking contests. Her traits are hopeless romantic, genius, perfectionist, unstable and absent minded. Her hobby, if you couldn't guess, is cuisine.

To start her first round off strong, Jennifer has a want to go steady. We'll definitely work on that.

For now, we'll watch the cooking channel to work on that cooking skill!

She meets Paul, Venkat, and the Mailman Curtis. She nearly vomits at the sight of Curtis. She seems to have the most chemistry with Venkat.

ACR quickly takes over for these two.

Venkat and Paul seem to not be getting along. They get into a fight while Jennifer greets Ocean. Only one bolt. Venkat still in the lead for now.

After a couple of fights with Venkat, Paul decides to head out.

Jennifer greets Timothy. She's indifferent to him. However, now we have Timothy and Ocean beefing XD

It's time to head down to the rec center for Jennifer's first cooking contest. She's super nervous, but for whatever reason, 2 of the contestants seemingly dropped out. So the judge only judged 2 plates.

She won!

She met Ifran, and has the most chemistry with him at the moment. So we'll be pursuing him. Jennifer invites him over, and the get to know each other a bit.

The next day, Jennifer loses. Looks like we need to work on that cooking skill more!

She invites Ifran over, and things move quickly!

Curtis, the mailman, seems to have really taken a liking to Jennifer. He calls her everyday lol

Another day, another cooking contest!

Her nerves are going crazy as the judge reaches for her pork chops

She won! Way to come back Jennifer!

For whatever reason, she has more chemistry with Venkat now, and she hasn't rolled any wants for Ifran, so I decided to pursue Venkat for now.

She decides she'll impress him with her cooking skills...

Well dang that's it for part 1 of Jennifer's round XD We'll have to see in the next part how things go between Jennifer and Venkat, or if she'll pursue someone else... :D

Round 2 Year 1

Round 2 begins with Colin heading into to work. Due to his absent-minded nature, he almost didn't make it in time XD But he came home with a promotion!

A townie, Katy walks by and of course he's not into her.

The new neighbor Jessica Cochran walks by, I have him greet her. He thinks she's hot, but I guess she's not so into him because they have negative bolts. T-T The search continues.

Naenae from the chat rooms walks by and he has one bolt with her!! Possibly something to explore!

But for now, time to grind out more skills, and off to bed!

No promotion the next day, but Colin grinds out the rest of his needed skills, and calls Naenae, needing some social. And she tells him she can get him a promotion!

Colin is happy about the rain, gets back to skilling, and gets that promotion the next day!

After some skilling, Colin takes to the chatrooms, to see if there's anyone he has more than one bolt with. However, not finding anyone, he calls Naenae up for that long awaited date, and she accepts!

They immediately take it to his room

The date goes off very well. I believe they both get crushes on each other.

He spends the rest of the night occupying himself with paper airplanes and fixing his laptop.

After work the next day, Colin meets another townie Gina. Again, negative bolts. He finishes off his round with more skill building. I was really surprised his family wants weren't really coming through. Next round we'll have to see if anything develops between Colin and Naenae.

Serenity Springs Round 1

Serenity Springs is what I settled on after attempting many different iterations of the BACC, and abandoning them when I get bored. XD But I also like the idea of slowly building a hood up from scratch, rather than just making a bunch of sims at once and, I wanted to organically build my hood starting with one sim and some townies, and simply add 1 randomly generated CAS after each round and following their wants. I use the sophie's aspiration calculator, and also play with some 3t2 traits

This is Colin McCarty. He is a Pleasure A sim with a secondary Family A. His traits are inappropriate, socially awkward, unlucky, unstable and absent minded. And his LTW is to max out the Natural Scientist career. He is also a Nature sim

What luck! Colin finds a job in the Natural Scientist Career first day!

Back from his first day of work, time to start skilling.

Colin rolls a want to make a friend. I thought this would be a great time to scope out prospective partners. He meets Margaret, Rosemarie, and Kitty. He's indifferent to Margaret and Rosemarie. But he boo's Kitty. :( I guess we'll keep searching.

Later, townie Margaret gets sprayed by a skunk. Colin finishes up the skilling he needs for a promotion.

After getting his required skills, Colin goes to town on a bag of chips, and, now wants to go on a date, so gets on the chat room and starts talking to Naenae a townie. We'll have to see if that goes anywhere next round, because Colin tucks in at 3 am for the night. And thats it for round 1. Kind of boring because he found a job right away and went straight to work. Lol. Hopefully next round will bring some excitement.
