I like this idea. Character progression; overcoming obstacles and such. There's nothing like a good backstory that leads to a good present story.
Headcanon that no one asked for: Kazamoto looks the way he does because of a birth defect and doesn't actually know or care about lizards.
A plausible concept. Minus the not knowing part, I mean…. lizards exist. Not caring on the other hand…. perhaps not caring and/or then using it to his advantage to take the role he does, even better! I find it rather endearing when a person completely owns their flaws (No matter what they may be). It’s one of my favorite qualities to find in a person.
Thanks for sharing this! I’m really enjoying the fact that people are bringing up characters outside of the expected stereotype selection.

i’m kind of annoyed at the communities belief that dropping threads or liking a starter call and not responded is a terrible thing. like that belief of “oh they didn’t reply to that one starter i wrote one time they’ll never reply to anything why should i even bother”
i don’t support that at all.
so basically, if you don’t mind that your partner may drop threads or not reply/maybe forget to reply to a starter, please reblog this? its so unhealthy for someone like myself who gets afraid to drop threads on the chance that my partners may think i don’t want to write with them, or worse BECAUSE i dropped it they won’t want to write with me.
its a bad cycle to end up hoarding drafts because you’re afraid they’ll be mad at you for dropping it. so if you don’t mind at all and will still continue to want to write with them, reblog this and let your followers know that you are okay with them dropping threads, and you won’t hold it against them.
#personally I'll say something#If I drop it's honestly because I get bored#I'd rather hash it out like adults#possibly come up with a new plot line or something

Simon and Denis are an old married couple running a sushi shop and trying to keep all their kids from killing eachother
Hahaha. I like this.
Perhaps from personal experiences of what happens in their pasts? 🤔

Hello non-rp blogs:
Send me your headcanons. (Askbox/reblog or if you're shy, you can message me directly. I'm friendly, I promise.)
I repeat NON-RP blogs. I'm curious where this fandom has run off to during my hiatus.
If you're an rp blog and want to participate in sharing headcanons, visit my askbox or message me.

Pretty sure Shizuo's name in a chatroom would his actual name, but spelled Shizou instead and he doesn't notice until someone else points it out. By someone else, I mean me. It's me. I'm the asshole.

Social networks and lack of diversity
Social psychologist Jennifer Richeson is a researcher at Yale University who focuses on prejudice, stereotyping and intergroup relations. Her work involves examining issues ranging from how racial bias manifests in the mind, the body and behavior to contending with both subtle and blatant racial violence. The National Science Foundation has supported her work, and in 2006 she was named as a MacArthur “genius” fellow. Richeson delivered an address at NSF in 2015 on psychological perspectives on race relations in the 21st century. After the lecture, she shared some insight on her findings, including this discussion of the lack of diversity in social networks.

“An ideology is a complex of ideas or notions which represents itself to the thinker as an absolute truth for the interpretation of the world and his situation within it; it leads the thinker to accomplish an act of self-deception for the purpose of justification, obfuscation and evasion in some sense or other to his advantage.”
— Karl Jaspers, The Origin and Goal of History
