Later reports alleged that Squiddington had been run through by a clam shell hurled with extraordinary force through his abdomen, killing him instantly. As Squiddington was a non-bipedal undersea creature, the ASPUW ( Atlantian Society for the Protection of Undersea Wildlife) was also involved in the investigation.
