How would villain An Yu react to meeting her canon counterpart (considering how absolutely apposed their views are i'd assume not well)

Oh yeah, it would not go well, but Villain An Yu can be reasonable. If you put the two dragons in the same room, nothing would happen really. An Yu would just be disappointed, pitying her counterpart. Most likely fueling her motivation to destroy Mystery Mountain. However if An Yu gets in the way of her counterpart from destroying MM, then expect a fight.

Fighting Villain AnYu is generally a bad idea, even just sparring with her, the AniMasks got bodied. NightPanther got thrown into the ground creating a crater, DarkOwl was kicked in to a tree that vertically split in half, and Gator was slammed into a boulder.
