I prompted my hand to generate Wally as a fairy and it did such a good job! He looks so cute!
In all seriousness, ai 'art' is horrible. People "hate on ai" for a reason. It's bad for the environment, causing pollution and using tons of water and energy just training and running ai systems. It takes from artists without permission or consent from said artists. Ai being "fun" is no excuse. All of this harm caused by ai just for an ugly image.
This art took me 5 hours! I feel very accomplished. I love the process of drawing. Making your own art is fun! If I had ai do this for me, I wouldn't feel like this.
I actually really enjoyed making this! I was just going to redraw that ai image, but I remembered that my ideas and imagination are far better than any soulless, copied images.
I took inspiration from some vintage fairy art! His flower theme is based off of his springtime flower pin and the black tulip from the secret videos. I incorporated these flowers into his little fairy outfit. I was inspired by how these vintage fairy images and how they used butterfly wings and thought that eyes on his wings would fit so well!
