  Clear the Cache in Firefox: In the Android browser

Select Settings by clicking the three-dot menu symbol in the top-right or bottom-right corner of the Firefox app for Android (depending on where you’ve set your toolbar).

Choose “Delete browsing data” from the “Privacy and security” section.

Uncheck all boxes except cached pictures and files, and click Clear browsing data. By clicking Delete, you confirm that Firefox should delete the selected browsing data.

At the bottom-end of your screen, you’ll see the message “Browsing data removed.

You can also configure the Firefox mobile browser to automatically clear the cache when it is closed. Return to the Settings screen and select “Delete browsing data on quit” from the drop-down menu.

Select “Cached pictures and files” from the options below after turning on that option. Every time you close Firefox, this data will be deleted.

  Clear cache in Firefox: In the iOS browser

In the Firefox app for iPhone and iPad, tap the three-line menu button in the top-right corner. Choose Data Management from the Privacy section of Settings.

Select Cache and “Offline Web Site Data” on the Data Management page, but leave the other choices turned off unless you wish to delete your browsing history, cookies, and downloads as well.

To delete private data and speed up Firefox on your iPhone or iPad, tap Clear Private Data, then OK.
