you luckily don't live that far away from each other which makes it easier for the both of you to see each other often, sometimes really spontaneous, like now. You throw your phone on your bed as you try to hold in your new tears. You wipe them away with the sleeve of your hoodie and lay back on your bed, under your blanket. You failed in holding back your tears. How could he say it that easily?? How could he fucking cheat on you?? Your relationship with him meant nothing to him? He actually made you feel like someone special and u felt confident everytime he said u were beautiful because u were sure he meant it. And now? u feel like the most ugly and unspecial thing in this existing world.

u heard the knock on your door before u go downstairs to open it. U see a worried jaemin standing right in front of you, and in the next second u felt his arms around u. U bury your face into his chest as he tightened his arms around u. "y/n what happend to you??? omfg are you ok??" he asked as he let go and cupped your face to wiped your tears

u let him go inside as u closed the door and went to your room with him. U two sit down on your bed before he puts an arm around your neck and u put your head on his shoulder. "he broke up with me." you said as u continue crying. He faced you and u could clearly see the shook in his face "nooo he did not. Are you kidding??" He replied. u shook your head and looked down. "He said i meant nothing to him.. he cheated with me with yeri" u add.

"oh my god that bastard. How- like? Tf??," He hugged you again and pulled you close. "I'm so so so so sorry, you deserve so much better y/n.. he's so disgusting i cant believe him" u didnt know what to say, you actually didnt want to say anything, you just needed someone to make you feel better, and jaemin was more than perfect for it. "Please stop crying he doesn't deserve your tears. U need to distract yourself!" He said after a few minutes

u pulled back and faced him. "what do you mean?" U ask him with your tired voice while wiping away you tears again. "U should stop thinking bout him, eventhough i know its hard..," he said as he looked down for a sec and then back at you "u know what? come outside with me" he said out of nowhere "wait what?," You asked confused "but i'm not ready- like i- my hair and my clothes-" you said but he cut you off "i dont care, its late, nobody's outside, i'll wait downstaires. put on something and come out with me." He said

"but?? Where are we going?" U asked and couldnt hold back a small smile. "you'll see, now come on, don't waste time" he said before he stood up and went downstairs. So u you did what he said and changed real quick and went downstairs after him. you put on your shoes and went to his car. He held the door open for you and you chuckled and went inside. He closes the door after you and sit down on the driver's seat as well. He started driving you somewhere.. u still had no idea where he was going. "connect your phone with the car and put on some music!" He said as he smiled at you.

"okay" u said quietly and smiled back softly as u put on some r&b stuff. "Naah that's boring, come on, put on some cool stuff!" He said as he giggled and stealed your phone to choose a different song. "Hey! Gimme back my phone! I'm not in the mood for happy songs idiot!" U said and couldnt hold back your smile. He clicked on your "🤩🤩" playlist and put on "kick it" by nct 127. You facepalmed yourself and laughed so he started laughing as well

he started jamming to the song and u couldnt help yourself but starting to sing/rap along with him. you both sang- screamed and kinda danced to the songs u listened to for the rest of the time. U felt the music and the atmosphere so hard, u actually forgot about jeno.

after a few minutes, you saw a mc'donalds. You looked at jaemin with a smile and your "wait-are-you-kidding" look. He just smiled and winked at you. "Oh my god i can't believe you" u said and chuckled. "Hey, but imma genius tho" he replied "true" u said and continued laughing

he drove to the drive thru area "what do u want? A menu?" He asked "wait what NO. i'm not even hungry actually.." u replied "Shut up, u want a menu???" He asked again "nO. u really dont have to pay for me jaem."

"now stfu and tell me what u want because we're the next to order" he said again so u gave up and told hin u want a mc'frappé and fries. So he ordered for you and he bought the same for him as well.

after you got your food yall continued driving somewhere, and ofc continued jamming to the songs. After a while, u realized he wasn't driving anywhere, he was just taking you to a late night drive. wow. cute.

u smiled at him, and thats how you both chilled in his car the whole night with mc'donalds and fancy ass music and talked about 283728 topics.

"btw, were you free when i called you? sounded like u had renjun over?" you asked after a while

"oh yeah, we were hanging at my place and i left him alone so he probably has the time of his life now, because i have lots of ramen at home" he answered.
