will be Matthew Halliwell for example allow to play or Pru II?
Prue the second as in PJ (Prudence Johnna Halliwell) is playable as she is the daughter of Phoebe and Coop; she would be 27. However I don't think Matthew can be playable, as his parent (one of piper and leo's kids) wouldn't be old enough to have him and for him to be of playable age yet as our Wyatt is 31, Chris is 30 and Melinda is 27. If we got some more characters taken, mostly parents, I would be open to oc family member if that's something you wanted to do. Otherwise many of the other halliwell kids are playable!

san francisco diaries is a tvd, to, legacies and charmed rpg set after 5 years after legacies, where hope returns everyone to life when trying to bring her parents back. she also returns the charmed ones, who were eaten by malivore and forgotten to history for the last 19 years.
the dead will have returned with some, a little or none of their memories of their lives before their death; and for a select few vampire souls, though they recall who they are, they have returned with their humanity off and no desire to turn it back on again. i can't wait to see what drama can unfold!
