Though the rules for Singapore differ in terms of how existing damage to an apartment is handled, the checklist is very help for any Newbie Expats who are moving into a condo for the first time, or those just changing units within Singapore.

For new expats in Singapore, here’s an oldie but a goodie:

Over the last few years, Singapore has become a place we call Home and we’ve hopefully collected a few little snippets of info/tips that we can share.
