I finished my community showcase artwork and I remember a comment mentioning that the sketch looks like Netflix series poster. I thought it would be funky to do little mockup like this.

I will post the full version of art when I figure out how I want to go about the dimensions. It still needs final touches.

Little family portrait I did of a much younger Nex/Elo with their parents. Their mother was their world to them. She was a dancer back on Earth and taught Nex/Elo a lot about dancing when they were little. Elo's main Warframe is Gyre for a reason. And Nex caught onto it immediately. Their father, he was a guard on the Zariman, and well... it's another story.

That's a way to come out as trans, good job, Nex. He gendered so hard no one noticed them tities. Arthur doesn't find the way he squish 'em like stress-relief balls very funny though, it seems... oh well.

The parallels between Operator Rell, the second person to ever stare into the Lidless Eye and see it for what it truly was, and Albrecht Entrati, the first person to ever gaze into that Starless Black— only to have it finally gaze back... The first and (until very recently) only two people to have ever taken notice of the existential threat posed by this never-before-seen entity that neither of them were able to prove even existed. Both having their experiences with It doubted and dismissed by the majority. Both so shaken by Its existence, so threatened by Its presence, that they either lured it to a secondary location to trap it in an endless loop: selflessly giving up their life to hold the Lidless Eye shut for the good of all, or so afeared that they retreated to a secondary location to trap themselves in an endless loop: selfishly tossing aside their family for the selfless hope that they might save the person they love more than anything from becoming Its target.

Operator Rell was made whole again, and given his hard-earned and long overdue respite by his fellow Operators, finally freed from his role as eternal guard against the Indifference by those who abandoned him.

Albrecht Entrati was finally found and [Primed Spoiler Guard] ~redaction precept triggered~ by his chosen Operator, then forced them to officially take up guard against the Indifference proper no matter the cost, aided by those who he had once abandoned.

2024 Art in Review!

I can't say that I didn't draw much this year, because it's not true lol. I started and worked on numerous projects this year just... didn't finish many of them. The ones I did finish, however, I'm really proud of ^ u^U.

It's become kinda my role to post insane theories here, but I finally have another I feel somewhat confident in that I don't think I've seen posted about; I think I understand what "the deal" with the Man in the Wall was for. I think it was for some cocktail of revenge mixed with trying to be whole and at full power again

The Indifference states that "the people before you were butchers". The Orokin have literally slicing pieces of Void off it, so what was the deal made with the Tenno? In exchange for its power, you must kill all of the Orokin. There's a line from Fibonacci talking about how without all of its digits, it's "confined Strands of Khra." Kill the Orokin and return what was stolen.

When you dispose of the Kuva in War Within, freeing Teshin (an Orokin Dax) they say "You mad at me, kiddo? Don't forget, you owe me." By freeing one of the people you were meant to eliminate, you're pushing back against the "deal", which invokes the snide comment

please don't do this. please just eat spaghetti normally

to start with, the taste. its bland. yes that is my own fault, the only seasoning i added was that i used the pasta water to make the gelatin. but i wanted the authentic square spaghetti experience, and dammit if arthur didnt say he added sauce then sauce i will not add. it tastes like cold, unseasoned pasta.

the texture. dear god. this is actually the first time i've properly made gelatin without messing up the texture. it is still. so bad. you can imagine what this feels like in your mouth, and i still promise its worse.

do not do this.

now the DRINK on the other hand. the drink is really fucking good. i'm a coffee drinker, but i don't actually like coffee. its purely a habit at this point. this made me like coffee. the bitterness of the coffee perfectly offsets and enhances the overbearing sweetness of the cola, making for a wonderfully refreshing combination. 10/10, amir you have GREAT taste.

to make your own hell meal. which. dont. you will need: spaghetti (the amount is not an exact science. however much you want here) water (the amount depends on how much spaghetti. you want at least a cup here though) gelatin packet salt pour 1/4 cup water into a pot, then pour in gelatin powder, let this sit make pasta pour 3/4 cup still-boiling pasta water into gelatin stir gelatin mixture until it dissolves strain pasta, then fill square molds with pasta pour gelatin over pasta molds refrigerate

in a few hours, you will be able to "enjoy" your tasty snack.
