How a personification starts to exist?

the Hetalia fandom is based on the personifications of countries. But in this AU, many other personifications may exist too. Places, villages, districts, communes, cities, capitals, states, and even seas may have a personification. Keep in mind, not every personification exists with their area at the same time. Some areas don’t have a personification, and some personifications don’t have an area (only when the personification was born). The personification can’t live without their area; no matter if it was attacked, drowned, or simply died out (in case of born personification, the area has to live, but it can have a diffrent name/not be divided into specifically into that personification).

The personification to live needs the area, people, and get publicity(this one isn’t as needed). If any of these conditions won’t get fulfilled, the personification of the area can’t start to live by themselves. (they don’t need publicity if they’re born) If the conditions will cease to be fulfilled, the personification will instantly die (except publicity). There are also non natural ways for a personification to die: or by some disease, or by getting killed.

If the personification dies from a non natural reason, their body can be send to SMS(pol. Szpital Martwych Stolic - the hospital of dead capitals). In it, the body will have the perfect conditions to revive in one year, but the time might get longer if the personification shows any signs of being alive. The younger the personification is, the easier it is to revive them. Also, their ghost might appear in SMS - wich is a good sign of them reviving. The personification from natural reasons (no people/area) cannot be revived, unless these conditions reappear. But, they can be revived by themselves, without the help of SMS. The SMS was founded during WW2, due to many capital cities dying.

When the personification starts to exist by themself, they’re old enough to walk, and talk in their language/s. They already know everything about their area, history, and the personifications involved with them (neighbours, their country, etc. etc.). But when the personification is born, it can do as much as a human newborn. With age, they start to get the knowledge they need to be a personification, aging as fast as a human child. But when their body reaches the age of 5, their aging up slowes down, accordingly to who they are. This how old they are after 100 years:

- village - 20 years

- commune - 18 years

- city - 15 years

- capital city - 10 years

- county - 8 years

- voivodeship, province, state, country - 5 years (no aging up)

It may be shocking, because many of them ages up much faster than in this chart. This is because they may get older - consciously or unconsciously.

conscious aging up - it appears when the personification wants their body to be older by specific amount of years, it needs strong will to do it, but it doesn’t always work

unconscious aging up - it appears when they don’t want to age up, but the conditions make them age up. Usually out of stress from duties.
