For all of the northerners that stood up for Texas during our freeze and said, "Don't make fun of them, they've never dealt with this before. Their infrastructure isn't made for snow and freezing."

This one is for you.

Where I live 108°F with 80% humidity with no wind is normal.

Pacific North West is dealing historic best waves 35-40°C or 95-105°F.

First of all. Don't make fun of them for bitching about the heat. Just like Texas isn't built for a freeze and our pipes burst, Pacific North West isn't built for heat and a lot of their homes don't have AC.

If you live somewhere with a high humidity like 80+ HUMIDITY IS NOT YOUR FRIEND. The "humidity makes it feel cooler" is a lie once it gets beyond a point.

If you live somewhere with a lower humidity, misters are nice to cool off outside.

Once you get over 90°F (32°C) a fan will not help you. It's just pushing around hot air. (I mean if you can't afford a small AC unit because they're expensive as hell, by all means a fan is better than nothing).

If you have pets, those portable AC units aren't safe. If your pets destroy the outtake thing, it'll leak CO2. Window units are safer.

Window AC units will let mosquitoes or other small bugs in. Sucks, but that's life.

Now is not the time to me modest. If you have to cover for religious reasons, by all means. If you don't, I've seen people wear short shorts and a swim top. It's not trashy if it keeps you from getting heat stroke.

If you do have to cover up for religious reasons, look for elephant pants or something similar. They're made with a breathable material.

Shade is better than no shade, but that shit it just diet sun after some point. Don't think shade will save you from heat stroke.

I know the "drink your water" is a fun meme now, but if you're sweating excessively you need electrolytes. Drink Gatorade, Powerade, or Pedialite PLEASE. I don't care if you're fucking sitting in one spot all day. That shit WILL save you from heat stroke.

Most importantly. RESEARCH THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HEAT STROKE AND HEAT EXHAUSTION PLEASE!

If you're diabetic and can't drink Gatorade, mix water, fruit juice, and either lite salt or pink salt

If you can afford it, cover windows with thick curtains to insulate the house

If you have tile floors, lay on them with skin to tile contact. If you don't, laying your head on cool counters works too.

If the temperature where you're at is hotter than your body temperature, don't wear heat wicking clothing. Moisture wicking is safe though.

Check your medication labels. Many make you more susceptible to sun and heat

-Room temperature water will get into your body faster. This is something I learned doing marching band in high summer in Georgia, and it saved all of our asses. Sip it, don't gulp it, especially if you're getting into the red; same goes for whatever fluid you're drinking. And just in general drink during the day.

-If you are moving from an air conditioned space to an un-air conditioned space, if at all possible try to make the shift gradual. When my dad and I were working outside and in un-ac houses a few years ago, he'd turn the air down to low in the truck about ten-fifteen minutes before we got where we were going. This way your body doesn't go from low low temps to high temps. S'bad for you.

-If you can, keep your lights off during the day. Light bulbs may not generate a lot of heat, but the difference is noticeable when it gets hot enough. I literally only turn my bedroom light on in the evening when it gets too dark.

Don't be afraid to just like... pour water on yourself if you need to. The evaporation will cool you off.

Put your hand to the cement for 15 seconds. If you can't handle the heat, it'll burn your dog's paws. Don't let them walk on it.

Dogs with flat faces are more prone to heat stroke. Don't leave them out unsupervised.

Frozen fruit is delicious in water.

Wet/Cold hat/handkerchief on your head/neck will help you stay cool.

Pickle juice is great for electrolytes! You can even make pickle juice Popsicles!

Heat exhaustion is more, "drink water and get you cooled off." Heat stroke is more "Oh my god call 911."

Whenever I take a long car ride I end up exhausted afterwards, and I’m always like “why am I so tired? I was just sitting around doing nothing all day.”

But the answer, it turns out, is I was doing something. Riding in a car jars your body in many directions and requires constant microadjustments of your muscles just to stay in place and hold your normal posture. Because you’re inside the car, inside the situation, it’s easy not to notice all the extra work you’re doing just to maintain the status quo.

There’s all sorts of type of work that we think of as “free” that require spending energy: concentrating, making decisions, managing anxiety, maintaining hypervigilance in an unfriendly environment, dealing with stereotype threat, processing a lot of sensory input, repairing skin cells damaged sun exposure, trying to stay warm in a cold room.

The next time you think you’re tired from “nothing”, consider instead that you’re probably in situation where you’re doing a lot of unnoticed extra work just to stay in place.

One of my more radical beliefs is that everyone, regardless of occupation, should be required to take a first aid course at some point in their adult life so that, even if you don’t keep up the cert, if someone says to you “My chest has been really hurting and I’ve been having trouble breathing I think I’m gonna lay down for a bit” your hindbrain kicks in and you say “That’s a bad idea. We’re going to the ER.”

And a theory that I have (and some people mostly thought of.)

Okay first things; A friend mentioned that they think that the prophecy is actually talking about Noelle instead of Susie which made me believe that the weird/snowgrave route is actually where we are doing what the prophecy is saying.

And if that's the case then the detail where it mentions the girl finding love; I don't think it means love... I think it actually means 'Level of Violence'. which is what we are doing in the Weird/Snowgrave route by making Noelle kill the Darkners thus increasing her LVL and forcing her to do things.

Thus, in the Normal route; we are breaking / straying from the prophecy which begs the question; if we are straying from that path then what are the consequences in doing so?

After all, the prophecy mentions that the world will only be saved if something happens... That something which I believe that someone has to be sacrificed (most likely Noelle / the girl in the prophecy.) which is why Rasiel didn't want us/Kris + Susie to see it)

However, if I'm right then we already broke the prophecy before we even saw it/reach it and hopefully by doing so; we can still save the world without anyone being sacrificed / dying.

But yeah: I do think that Eternal Sugar and Shadow Milk holds a really strong connection with each other... Whatever that connection might be.

Either way, like you pointed out; blueberries are heavily associated with Shadow Milk with how he is mainly surrounded by it and the fact one of his decor is a Blueberry tree (which fuels the whole Shadow Milk being the founder of the Blueberry Yogurt Academy which Pure Vanilla and White Lily attended which also has blueberries theme stuff to it).

The only thing related to Hollyberry with Blueberries is the Blueberry House existing.... But that's it.

Which is why the Blueberry Jam Statue caught my attention because it's the one of few things that's blue theme in Eternal's decor as well the fact they specifically say Blueberry then have it mention tears which Shadow Milk decor also mention with the flowers and how his gacha background has tears on it.

(That's not including how they both have eyes theme stuff.)

Another factor is the fact me and my friends mentioned how we find it funny that Eternal Sugar use deceit and lies to keep cookies in her garden and trapped them in a illusion thus turning on the truth... Which Shadow Milk is doing something similar with him using the truth to hurt cookies and have them turn on the truth so that they can accept a sweet lie.

Either way, it would not surprise me if they were a couple in the past and they broke up with each other after becoming corrupted / falling from grace or they have a deeper connection with each other compared to the other beasts.

Shadow Milk has a ton more connections to blueberries than just his femname , it's not too surprising!! Somehow a lot of people have just realized but he's always been surrounded by blueberries 💙

I am not sure if anything isn't a stretch anymore though. I see that from chapter 10 Devsisters has little plans for any heavy connections between the two. There were so, so, so many things that just happened to be coincidences though that it was a bit of a shock. In my opinion that is a flaw in storytelling, writing and design. It might be that a lot of Shadow Milk things, assets and concepts were getting repurposed for ES and that's why I thought there might've been a connection (although there was more to this too)

That or something happened between the directors, writers and others working on the game since some things didn't align or fit very well, a lot of things were also not explained from the first trailer of ES and a lot of things were not well executed, I also don't like who the characters are referencing for their ideas and I don't say this from the bias of Shadowsugar because I have been playing this game since some players were born. I was also never much of a "shipper". So I think I can safely say without bias that this episode has impressed me the least out of all CROB/CRK stories (except for Yogurca, we do not speak of Yogurca)

I hope you don't mind me writing so much, but here's more rambling, particularly regarding Shadowsugar and my thoughts on p10:

I did think that Blueberries would be there because of Hollyberry so I never mentioned the blueberry bits, but I think that was wrong. Shadow Milk is particularly surrounded in blueberries on the title screen, his name was "Blueberry farmer" and Hollyberry is never shown with blueberries in her costume despite that berries being the primary focus. So maybe it's not that much of a stretch. I do love that the Shadowsugar theories continue to thrive and grow as much as they did prior to Chapter 10 when I thought they would die

I noticed that raspberries, hollyberries (duh lol) and blackberries are more associated with Hollyberry meanwhile blueberries are often associated with Shadow Milk, generally

If Shadow Milk and Eternal Sugar are divorced, it's 10x more of a secret than I thought it would be because I always believed they would be divorced judging by all my findings in the past and present lolol

To me it did unironically look like Shadow Milk was incredibly envious and bitter judging by both his tone of voice and the things he says and implies. Especially in the KR version, and it's sooo funny, because Pavlova says this:
