a while ago i made a long introspective post about art and trying to figure out why i draw, and i think since then ive come to a sort of conclusion. i want to make art again. but not just art, i want to make art that i care about. it's hard. it's hard when ur a bored sociopath who finds so little interest in things and don't feel any sort of drive. but art has always been there for me. i think im ready to draw seriously again... but i feel a lot less pressure this time. i escaped from my main acc cause i felt so much pressure to portray myself a certain way and draw a certain way and act a certain way or else i felt like people wouldn't like me. but i feel like i can be myself now. i like myself. self-love was such a hard thing to accept. i think it's okay if i want to be myself and make art that i can feel proud of again.
#in a way it was just burn out but it was much more than that#the feeling was also exasperated by the horrible living situation i was in when i lived with my family#i was also extremely depressed and underweight and lonely back then#but none of that is really true now#i still have problems but im happier now#im happy including my problems. not despite them#if you read all this my new art acc is crusherclawz#ill make a new priv and an official post later but#figured id just shove that in here lol#rib.txt
