I might have gotten a little carried away… What if the retainers swapped their outfits and hair? (Except Hubert would be unrecognisable so no change in hair). This is my achievement of the day ✨

Hubert remembers every single one of Edelgard's siblings. As a child, he was raised to serve all of them, even if he ended up closer to Edelgard in particular due to their natural chemistry and relatively near ages. Still, he did what he could to be of use to all of them when possible, up until the Insurrection of the Seven.

Being only a child at the time, Hubert was not made aware of what was happening to the royal children once they ended up in the grasp of Those Who Slither in the Dark. He would only learn of their fates once reunited with the sole survivor.

Not knowing the exact dates of each of their deaths, Hubert lights a candle on each of their birthdays instead. He is not religious, but does this instead out of respect and acknowledgement for the children that only he and Edelgard will remember.
