Eh! Is there a manga for Jian yi and Zhang xi when they're adults!?
I think you got confuse. The story starts in the present when Jian Yi returns to Zhan’s house. They are both adults at this time. Jian Yi, then explains he got kidnapped by his fathers men, during his second days of high school. Here is a timeline of 19 days.
TIMELINE (19 DAYS)
Jian Yi is born! Father is involved with some shady mafia business. Both parents are present.
His dad abandons him, and his mother rarely comes back. Jian Yi is bullied and friendless.
Jian Yi and Zhan Zhengxi meet.
His mother doesn’t return. Zhan zhengxi promises to stay with him until she comes back, but since she doesn’t he takes him under his wing.
Carer now takes care of Jian Yi.
Jian Yi grows confidence in grade school, Zhan Zhengxi becomes more distant.
They begin middle school. Zhan Zhengxi picks up a hostile attitude.
Jian Yi sneaks his way back into his heart. Zhan Zhengxi opens up.
They become close best friends again.
Jian Yi disappears the second day of high school. He is allegedly kidnapped by his father’s mafia henchmen.
Jian Yi returns after 2-3 year disappearance to Zhan Zhengxi’s new apartment where he is now a college student.
His attitude is hostile again.
Zhan Zhengxi gets used to Jian Yi constantly coming over. Jian Yi repeats high school.
