How do I know a Google account creation date? Shaikh Inside

Did it just now, so as of 07th May 2021 this process works.

1-Go to Data and Personalization tab in Google account settings. Sign in - Google Accounts

2-Click on Download your data or directly go to takeout.google.com

3-Deselect all and just tick Google Account and click on next.

4-Select the download link via email, set frequency to export once, and click on create export.

5-Now you'll receive an acknowledgment email. Wait for the export to drop via email and then download it, you will have to log in to your google account to download. The file should be less than 1MB. Now, unzip it.

6-Inside the Google Account folder there will be a file of format: youremail.SubscriberInfo.html open this file.

7-On top of the second paragraph will be your account creation date. It will also have your Google Account ID.
