Getting sick means watching cowboy bebop until I feel Better. I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve watched this goddamn show, but every time I find myself coming back for more. Despite the fact there is no more, and I’m just re-watching the same damn episodes over and over again.

At what point does Trigun: Stampede get good? I’ve been trying to get through it but..

My dislikes:

•I hate that they replaced Wolfwood’s VA with the guy who voices Shoto Todoroki. It doesn’t suit him, in my opinion.

•Wolfwood feels insufferable here. He carries None of the charm that he did in Trigun ‘98. I also hate his outfit. It holds Zero Swag.

•his big reveal was too soon, I think. I’m not the only one who’s said so, but it’s still a point that should be made.

•Milly is NOT present. At All. I do not care for this Roberto guy.

•opening + outro does not compare to the ‘98 version. I hate comparing the two, but I can’t sit through the somber style. I miss the rock vibe!!

My Praises:

•although I’m not the biggest fan of Vash’s redesign, I will say it makes for an easier drawing. It doesn’t make sense he’s still called Needle Noggin, as his hair isn’t spikey anymore.

•Vash kept his morals- he’s much shyer here than he was in the ‘98 version, but that’s not a flaw. I think it makes him still quite the cutie.

•I like the style!! it’s very Animated and Expressive. I’m a big fan of the colorschemes used as well. The style difference is not a complaint I have.

•I LOVE Meryl’s outfit! She’s so cutie pie. I miss how much more fiery she was in the ‘98 but she remains cutie over all!

I am only on episode 5, however. I’ll keep watching, but I definitely dislike it more than I’d like to.. I’ll hold out though!

Yesterday was the 6th year anniversary of my mom’s passing.
