i just wish jk rowling had developed the slytherin house as well as avatar: the last airbender had developed the fire nation
#atla was fleshed the fuck out#all the nations minus air since everyone but aang was dead#but the water tribe earth kingdom and the fire nation were fleshed out#we know so little about the houses outside of gryffindor#the idea that everyone from slytherin is evil including a group of 11 year old kids is crazy#for some reason it made sense to jo to villainize children#and what i love about atla is that they didn't do that with the fire nation kids#aang realized for himself that the kids his age were just kids not monsters#anyways atla was better than hp#even though i love both

sometimes i truly forget that everyone sees characters straight as default bc i saw a comment like “next thing you know they’ll make luke skywalker gay” and im just…….. he…. he is ?
#it's fine to call luke gay as an insult#but the idea of him being attracted to men and actually being gay#that upsets the fans who love to uses homophobic slurs against him#that's so fucked up#these are the reasons i do not want rey to be his daughter#anything that can give the fanboys 'proof' that luke can't be gay#i want them to suffer#even if we don't get canon proof that luke is gay#it's better than us knowing he's been with a woman (women) and has a child#Luke Skywalker
