Things here have no historical veracity. It is only part of imagination although they will be based on real historical data

LAFAYETTE: (Ok in this piece I did not understand if Wash gave it to Lafayette or if Lafayette gave it to Washington so I will do it however I feel like it) The Lafayette family is one of the oldest in France and for hundreds of years the family already had a strong military legacy. One ancestor was Joan of Arc's brother-in-arms and another belonged to the Musketeers order, which is why the Lafayette had great renown in France.We pass a 12-year-old Lafayette watching his mother on her deathbed.

His father had passed away a few years before so he only had his mother and grandmother left, so seeing them pass away was really difficult for the young marquis. However, before her mother passed away, she was given the miraculous eagle, which had passed generations in the family.
