Wednesday, 6/25/25. We are having an amazing time! Today was an early one. We visited a local cheese maker, learned how he makes cheese, then we enjoyed breakfast together with cheese created just moments earlier. Then we came back for a little swim, then a delightful lunch. I needed a nap, so my husband went to swim and socialize for a bit. Later, my husband and I got a private yoga session with our yogi, Karen! Dinner was amazing. Dad, you’ll be shocked to know that I have eaten loads of zucchini on this trip, and we are planning to plant some now! After dinner, we hung out in the courtyard, talking politics, books, and movies, with our new friends from New York. Snapped this as we said our goodnights, just for you!

Tuesday, 6/24/25. After breakfast, which included butter made from sheep’s milk, a very rare delicacy, another cooking lesson! We actually made two things that we’d also made yesterday, but we were thrilled to get to practice so soon! And we still learned so many things!

Monday, 6/23/25. Happy birthday, dad! Out of the many photos today, I thought this would be an appropriate one. The sorbet on the bottom is a sour cherry, made from cherries picked right here on the farm! The one on top is a yogurt made from goat cheese and milk! The two together? Amazing!

(I’m sorry I’ve been so tired to ads more to these posts. I think that I’ll be ready to be more descriptive soon!)
